We are never disappointed when staying with La Quinta. The hotel is hidden away in a commerical/residential area off I-10. Easy access to I-10 without the noise. Now about the maintenance the elevators were bit of a problem almost making us late numerous of times to some events we were attending. My boyfriend and I stayed for a weekend and had excellent service. The hotel was full and we had plenty of people ahead of us to check in, but they were fast and efficient and saw to us in only 10 mins. The place is lovely and save for a few children screaming in the hallway at one point, it was pretty quiet and relaxing.

this hotel was affordable, just off the I10 freeway to not hear traffic and sleep in peace. perfect acces got us to down town SA in 15 minuets at 6pm. room was clean and without odor of cleaners or general funk. just clean smelling. i will stay there again and tell my family about it.

The biggest letdown to staying at this hotel was the fact that the customer service is pretty much minimal to gone. It took an arm and a let to get anything extra such as extra towels or pillows. We weren't sure if they even changed the sheets even when we had requrested that they be changes. The maid did not leave enough towels and when we asked for […] a few extra pillows (because the ones there were pretty flat) they sacrificed to just give us one (1) extra pillow. In addition, the "full" breakfast included with the room was not exactly a "full" breakfast, more like a continental type breakfast, and the quality of the food was not all that great. It was a bit disappointing for us. THe only hilight of our stay was being able to walk over to a very nice mexican restaurant (Mamasitas) rather than having to drive. I wouldn't so easily recommend this hotel to a friend due to the lack of quality in our stay. But I guess you can't ask for much for the price. Overall, it was OK, but a bit disappointing. Read more

Where can I start? Our stay at La Quinta Inn was so awesome and inexpensive. It was two couples in two rooms. Rooms were very neat and clean. The complimentary breakfast was the greatest. We stayed here from Friday until Sunday morning. It was a very convenient location. Many restaurants very close by and stores. Seaworld and Six Flags just around the […] corner and the Riverwalk just as well. It was the first time I have stayed at any La Quinta Inn and it was a great experience. We were all very satisfied with the service, breakfast and the room. Everything was perfect. We definitely plan to go back soon and stay at the same hotel again and recommend it to all.
