It was great except dog handlers were given rooms on the floor above us and they were jumping their dogs all night with continual thumping on our ceiling. We complained to the front desk about it multiple times, but it did not remedy the situation. They also came and went throughout the night...and slammed doors all the time.

I really wanted to love this hotel! The location and price were great! The breakfast was good. The staff was very helpful, the playground was wonderful and my girls loved the heated pool! However, these were the hardest beds I have ever slept on! My body actually ached all night and the next day. The bathroom light switch was on the outside of the bathroom. […] This meant that at night, you had to turn the light on and then close the door which disturbed the others in your room. It had the loudest commode that I’ve ever heard, and the sink wasn’t in the bathroom, but in the bedroom, which again disturbed others at night. You could easily hear conversations from the hall and the rooms on both sides, and walking from the room above. The closet was small – not even as wide as my shoulders, and the pillows were these hard little squares. Again, I really wanted to love this hotel because of the location and price, but because of the beds and bathroom we won’t be staying here again. Read more

Rooms were very nice the only thing drain to the sink was a little clogged and coffee condiments were not brought to the room everyday. Beside that it was a very pleasant stay Thank You!

Clean, comfortable, quiet; good breakfast, too. Overall, outstanding value for the price we paid. Too bad it's so far from downtown San Antonio (I've got a vague idea that it is much closer to Sea World, but we were not interested in that). Oh, and wi-fi did not work in our rooms; we had to move to the lobby to use our laptop.

Stayed here for the first time. We come to Sea World every year and usually stay at one of the hotels across the street from Sea World. This hotel is much more economical (half the price) and was just as good, especially for how long we are in our room. We usually leave in the morning and don't come back till bedtime so we really just need a place to […] sleep. This hotel was perfect. They had construction going on. We had the first floor and the first day we arrived we had planned to rest for our next day trip to Fiesta Texas. No such luck we heard nothing but banging, stomping on the floor. I made reservations online. The attendant at the front desk was so nice and helpful, we had last minute changes and they were able to accommodate us to what we needed. Very nice for the price. The kids loved the playground outside. Close to Sea World but located in a low traffic area, made it easy to get around.

A very disappointment with our stay in the hotel. that i couldn't sleep well the room wasn't clean 100% for the price that I paid..there was dog hair in the bed and a very strong smell of dog.,that i when down stairs and spoke with the front desk and complain about the smell...and they said we will take care of it...and they when up to my room and spray […] fabreeze to kill the smell for couple of hour,,,total disappointment...and i pay for 2 rooms, i will never stay or recommend this hotel to nobody...may be next time, they should post in the web site about the smell and clean,disinfect the room prior to lease them. The service at the hotel was great and the staff was very helpful. The hotel looked exactly like the pictures online. The only thing wrong with our room was the stained carpet. The location was perfect for our trip to sea world. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great hotel at a good price.

We got in late and had to wait one hour for the room to cool down (A/C was off). Other than that we had a GREAT stay....comfortable beds...no noise....hot breakfast....unusual playground that the kids loved...excellent location....friendly staff...will definitely be back.

We waited a several minutes for someone to come to the desk to check us in. The room was clean and comfortable--however, there were no towels bars in the shower area to hang used towels, which would make it difficult for the multi-day guest who wishes to green-help by reducing laundry. This hotel room was disgusting. The room looked like it was cleaned, however, after a bit of looking around I found crumbs in the sheets of one bed and hair in the sheets of the other bed. The bathtub had lots of hair in it, and the floor was no different. The tub stopper was in pieces on the floor. When I asked for new sheets, the maid said I was lucky […] she was still in good shape to change my sheets. She also did NOT change the blanket or the comforter. She said, "those stay". How many people slept with the same comforter and blanket? I really recommend choosing a different hotel. I thought for sure that the hotel was fine; it had a 93% recommended rating. Placentera, el personal fue muy amable, el desayuno bueno, solo fue desconcertante escuchar noche tras noche (nuestra estancia fue de mas de 4 noches) el "galopar" de perros y sus ladridos, en el piso superior al nuestro.., nunca entendi que hacian ahi?.
