"Dirty and Icky place to stay!"
The room was just icky feeling. The top bedding had not been cleaned and if so not good, it had white spots on it as did the bed skirt on one of the beds(yuck)! The bathroom had stuff on the wall that I do not want to know what it was on top of it just being cramp and dirty feeling. Luckily the mirror and sink was out side of the restroom so you did […] not have to stay in there too long which was also good since there was no vent in it either. Then I got to stay up till 3 listing to what I thought was numerous people going up and down stairs but come to find out no stairs anywhere near my room just a group of guys and there dogs that have been being housed there for over a year! Now I know that the people walking above me was not managements fault but between that noise and the way too noisy air conditioner it was an aggravating night. A very disappointment with our stay in the hotel. that i couldn't sleep well the room wasn't clean 100% for the price that I paid..there was dog hair in the bed and a very strong smell of dog.,that i when down stairs and spoke with the front desk and complain about the smell...and they said we will take care of it...and they when up to my room and spray […] fabreeze to kill the smell for couple of hour,,,total disappointment...and i pay for 2 rooms, i will never stay or recommend this hotel to nobody...may be next time, they should post in the web site about the smell and clean,disinfect the room prior to lease them. "Quality Inn Bandera Pointe near Seaworld"
This was by far the dirtiest hotel we have ever stayed at. This hotel allows pets but does a horrible job of cleaning up after them. Hall ways and stairwells smelled like wet dog and management tried to cover it up with glade plugins to no avail. It was so bad, the smell seeped through the door at night. "Yuck!!!"
This hotel room was disgusting. The room looked like it was cleaned, however, after a bit of looking around I found crumbs in the sheets of one bed and hair in the sheets of the other bed. The bathtub had lots of hair in it, and the floor was no different. The tub stopper was in pieces on the floor. When I asked for new sheets, the maid said I was lucky […] she was still in good shape to change my sheets. She also did NOT change the blanket or the comforter. She said, "those stay". How many people slept with the same comforter and blanket? I really recommend choosing a different hotel. I thought for sure that the hotel was fine; it had a 93% recommended rating.
