"Rude evening desk clerk and uncomfortable bed"
I wouldn't stay here again if you paid me. The bed was so uncomfortable I am having lower back pains. The evening clerk was terribly rude and when I mentioned it to the nice clerk in the morning she said I wasn't the first one to complain... Why is he still there? "Not Impressed at all"
I was happy to stay at a well known chain, which received great reviews. I was disappointed to walk in to a dimly lit, dungeon like hotel. The person behind the counter was friendly, and fast. However, when I found my room, I was extremely nervous. The door frame looked as though someone had tried to pry it open, and was bent. I immediately asked to […] be moved to another room, and the girl downstairs was very nice about it. I was moved 3 rooms down. I went to take a bath to find the tub was more suited for a 5 year old. It was extremely small, and stained. As was the toilet. When I ordered takeout from a well known chain, I called downstairs to ask if housekeeping could bring up some silverware. I was told that no one else was there. This was at around 830pm.
