When I tried to check in, the girl behind the counter told me my mom was waiting for me in my room. I told her I was traveling alone and that my mom wasnt here. She kept insisting that she was upstairs in my room and had already checked me in. After arguing with her, she called the room and had accidentally checked someone else into my room.
