Everything about this hotel was wonderful..the room was spacious and clean, a 6 min drive to at&t center to see the spurs, a 15 min drive to the,airport, a 25 min drive to seaworld. a little confusing how to get there at first, but Janet was so nice helping redirect us and even let us checkin early. "peeling paint"
My room was a disaster!!! First of all I ordered a room with one king sized bed non-smoking and when I got there they gave me a room with 2 queens non-smoking. "Ok but never again"
found live crickets in our rooms 2 nights...towels were hard...A/C made a lot of noise... could hear all the cars on interstate....could hear the train (it was loud!)...fan in bathroom was super noisy....pool is small...the door to hallway was crooked so people in hallway could see in our room!...room smelled bad like mold....would i stay here again?
