Vry friendly and helpful service at all times. I saw three different people at the front desk and they were all just as attentive. Breakfast wasnt that... great (waffles, biscuits gravy sausage, toast, hard boiled eggs cereals, no scrambled eggs). This was a great location for the event i was going to, however just becayse its on 35 doesnt mean there alot around. Everything about this hotel was wonderful..the room was spacious and clean, a 6 min drive to at&t center to see the spurs, a 15 min drive to the,airport, a 25 min drive to seaworld. a little confusing how to get there at first, but Janet was so nice helping redirect us and even let us checkin early. This is a bear to find, I drove arround, and arround. The breakfast is poor but the rooms are small and comfortable. Do not use as a family stay but for 1-2 people on the go ,great.

I did not realize this hotel is so close to Fort Sam Houston. I wish I made reservations before we came to San Antonio the night before. We did get in the 2nd night we were there and we were very pleased. A friend told us about the place and she was right. I will make reservations to this hotel again next time I come to San Antonio.

Althought the hotel is a bit difficult to get to, it was well worth it. The room was not huge but it was very clean. The beds were soft, the bedding and pillows were hypo-allergenic. The shower head was high pressure message. Finally the staff was great. They went the extra mile to assure our comfort. I would stay again.

Había leído algunos comentarios negativos que me hacían dudar respecto a quedarme en este hotel, pero decidí verlo por mi misma y qué bueno que así lo hice! porque desde el momento en el que llegamos mi esposo y yo al hotel, el gerente nos atendió con mucha amabilidad. Llegamos un poco más temprano del horario […] para el check in pero nuestra habitación ya estaba lista y pudimos descansar un poco, dejar las maletas y lanzarnos a conocer San Antonio! -.- Está en un punto muy estratégico, a unos cuantos minutos del Centro y justo en la lateral de la principal avenida de San Antonio, así que el traslado desde y hacia los principales lugares es muy práctico. -.- Este hotel ofrece en el costo de la habitación internet inalámbrico gratuito (con muy buena recepción en los cuartos y a una buena velocidad) estacionamiento gratuito y un desayuno gratuito. No solo es café y pan tostado… el desayuno es muy sabroso y te incluye waffles (que tu mismo te preparas) beagels de blueberry, mini roles de canela (buenísimos!!!) huevos hervidos, salchichitas o hamburguesitas (o sea, lo que llaman sausages) bisquets, cereal, aderezos como mermelada, mantequilla, queso crema y crema de cacahuate, leche, café y jugos. -.- En resumen, este hotel es muy recomendable cuando vas a San Antonio de paseo y compras.
