"good value and location"
My cousin and I were visiting for the first time and found the hotel to be quite comfortable. Easy to park,easy access to major highways,beds were comfortable,a/c was easy to adjust.Problem with the bill at checkout.We were charged for items we didn't get and double-charged for parking. "Nice, Inexpensive Hotel near Riverwall"
Our stay overall was great. We had a small snaffoo third day in when I pulled my sheets back and found a small jumping bug. Not sure what it was, but we alerted the hotel and they immediately switched us to a different room. I felt like the hotel was up-to-date and clean. If you don't mind walking this is an ideal hotel. This is a very nice hotel, about two blocks from the Riverwalk in San Antonio. Overall good experience, the bar tender is very slow or missing completley from behind the bar and the lounge area either during happy hour or during the hours when the free breakfeast is suppose to be served. Parking at the hotel is $16.00, includes self parking a valet, […] same price. Does not make any sense since the parking lot next door to the hotel is $9.00 self park. From the time I drove up to the hotel until the time I checked out, the service was outstanding. Everyone was nice and very helpful. "Great Location! Great Value!"
We got an excellent deal for a short weekend trip. The rooms were clean and very nice. The staff was fantastic and very helpful.
