"dissapointing"
The first room they assigned smelled like a ashtray, the room they moved us to was directly over the hot tub and pool. There were 3 busloads of teens staying there and it sounded like they were in the room with us. The room was not cooling properly so at 1am they sent housekeeping up they in turn called the engineer by 2am the room was cooling. They […] did provide us a voucher for a free night. Hotel staff and manager were robots. Room maintenance was substandard. In need of update. Totaly uncomfortable for the whole weekend. Out of all the hotels in San Antonio i picked this Hilton. I will never stay here again.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Easy access, clean comfortable room!"
This was a nice place to stay. The room was clean and comfortable, fairly large, and the hotel was easy to get to off the highway. Free parking, decent pool. We didn't spend much time at the hotel but it was a good middle-ground location for what we were doing.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

The hotel didn't accept an extended check out request. The internet service in the business center was NOT free and the interface was OLD VERSION, old enough not to let you run must of the websites requiring a "Newest Internet Explorer Version".
