    I absolutely enjoyed my stay at the Hyatt. The room was modern and very comfortable and the service was amazing! I was traveling from Phoenix to New... Orleans and stopped at this hotel after a long day of driving. They served dinner- which was delicious and well priced and had a wonderful continental breakfast.     Overview

    Location.
    This San Antonio hotel is 5 miles from both Six Flags Fiesta Texas and The Shops of La Cantera. The RiverWalk and the Alamo are about 9 miles away.

    Hotel Features.
    Guests can start the day with a complimentary Continental breakfast. Hot items are available for purchase in the 24-hour Guest Kitchen. The Bakery Café features signature baked goods, Starbucks coffee drinks, wine, beer, and a Grab 'N Go case. Complimentary wireless Internet access is available throughout the hotel. Self-service check-in/check-out kiosks are provided in the lobby. Other amenities include a business center, 24-hour fitness center, self parking, 3 meeting rooms, a business center, and complimentary shuttle service within a 3-mile radius. Hyatt Place San Antonio NW is smoke-free.

    All 126 spacious guestrooms feature 42-inch flat-panel HDTVs, which can be viewed from the living areas or bedrooms. Hyatt Grand Beds include thick pillowtop mattresses, down duvets, and plentiful pillows. Living areas come with sofa beds. Hyatt Plug Panels enable guests to connect their laptops, MP3 players, and other devices directly to the TVs.     Really nice place couple of minor things shower head messed up not enough towels at pool but we really enjoyed very close to a lot of stuff staff was friendly and helpful and great breakfast!!

    The hotel was very noisy! The refrigerator in the room was broken and made a very loud noise all night. When I complained nothing was done about it. When I complained the next morning they said they would fix it , however that was useless to me. Nothing was offered in way of compensation for a sleepless night.

    The Hyatt Place was a very nice hotel with great service, a lot of amenities, and a beautifully modeled interior. There are many restaurants and other entertainment venues surrounding the hotel as well. They have a nice little bar in the lobby area with 24/7 food. The free breakfast wasn't the best, but it was still very nice with hot food selections […] and your typical fruit, bagels, toast, etc. The only thing missing was a guest laundry room, and I can't even fault them for that really because I didn't check ahead of time to see if they had it.     Hotel is very close to Bass Pro Shop and Shops at the Rim and La Cantera Mall. Good location. I would stay here again.

    On top of sofa, it is dusty, I found some piece of nails on it. It seems they may not vacuum the sofa for weeks.

    A/C was good but loud. Breakfast was good but crowded. A few more places to put trash/plates would help clear out the too few tables for busy times. Food was high quality. Great location, even with a good grassy area for boys to play ball out back.
