Had a wonderful stay. Went to the Fiesta Flambeau Parade 2013 and the sky opened and FLOODED the streets of San Antonio. Upon arrival at the hotel, after... wading through a foot and a half to two feet of water, the hotel staff had a huge basket of clean, warm towels waiting for all of the soaked guests. That was very much appreciated. Also, when we needed anything, the staff made sure we were able to get the items needed. The downfalls are that the INFORMATION BOOK that is in the room is outdated. Some of the restaurants listed have closed and other businesses were closed and would not deliver food because of the Fiesta Flambeau. Ended up not having dinner on Saturday night, There is NO Shuttle service at this location. by Ronda from Cedar Park, TX on 04/30/13

This is a lovely hotel conveniently located for visiting Riverwalk and Alamo. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. With breakfast and WIfi included, you can't beat this price. A couple of areas need improvement but who doesn't. Wall is kind of thin, you can hear people talking next door. Carpet in the room is not as clean.

I was thankful that we could check in before the actual check in time and that the room was ready! Everything was clean and comfortable! Breakfast was wonderful! I especially loved the scrambled eggs with cheese and ham chunks!

Our stay here could have been better. Our AC didnt really seem to have work throughout most of the nght. It was an unpleasant stay. The hotel itslef is over priced already and they made us pay another $15.00 for parking. On the morning of check out, the girl riding in the elevator with us mentioned the the elvator had gotten stuck for a good while. […] Another inconvinience was the fact that the entire hotel only had 2 elevators for customers. I only positive about this was that it was 3 blocks away from the river walk. I wouldn't reccomend this hotel for anybody. Read more

Awesome AWESOME staff at this hotel!!!! They really were outstanding!!! I would definately go back and would recommend others to stay there. The hotel is in walking distance to everything and is very affordabe. The free parking and breakfast was an added bonus which i loved!!!!

Hotel is a little tired but we enjoyed our stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the location was perfect for our needs. Pool was a bonus as it was very hot and we appreciated the variety at breakfast
