It left me thinking that the job of the house keepers is only to make beds. We were never given extra shampoo, conditioner, soap and tissues. We were lucky if we had enough toilet paper. I had to go ask for extra towels since the room did not have enough. Children age range of 2-10 were running and hollering at 0200 in the morning, linen was well worn; could see hand through pillow case. towels were very old and well worn, appeared burnt from many dryings, almost tan in color, seemed as though a large extended family ran and lived at the hotel. pool was very small, filled with hotel family.

The hotel was fairly shabby. Normally our experience with Expedia is good, but I'm surprised this hotel is listed. It's really sub-par. The woman at the front desk was lovely and very helpful, but the rest of the experience was not great. We did not feel particularly safe, our room faced the highway and was VERY loud all night. The add on the web, was not the same hotel we stayed in, the pool in the ad was bigger, the pool at the hotel may have fit 7 people, and I have 5 in my family. The air conditioner did not work well at all, which was really bad, after a full day in Seaworld. The desk clerk told the guy at Hotels.com that they would not charge us for the roll away bed, […] they did charge us. Breakfast ended at 9 am and there was no where that this was advertised, so we did not get breakfast our last morning. Will not be staying there again next month when we go back to Seaworld. The location was great. The staff was helpful and friendly. I didn't expect much for the money but the hotel was rundown. The bathroom was old and gross. It was like an episode of Cheaters was going on in the parking lot after midnight. I'm glad my kids slept through the screaming profanities and threats to slash all "his" tires. WELL THE TV DIDNT WORK THAT WELL ON SOME CHANNELS. AFTER THE FIRST NIGHT, LIGHTS WENT OUT. WHEN WE CAME BACK THE SECOND NIGHT, I COULD TELL THE ROOM WAS NOT VACUMMED AND THE SHEETS TO THE BED WERE NOT CHANGED AND BEDS WERE UNCOMFORTABLE. I WOULD NOT STAY HERE AGAIN. There were urine stains behind the toilet seat lid and the shower head leaked spraying water on to the ceiling. The bed was moderately comfortable. Probably will not stay here again.

There were never enough wash cloths and towels. The morning breaksfast was pathetic. There was never enough to go around. The hotel workers were friendly. The walls in the hotel must be thin, noise traveled easily. I would not recommend this hotel.

The room was advertised with a mini fridge, microwave and mini safe, I reserved three rooms and it was more of a mix and match. One room had all three one room had non. All three rooms had problems with the plumbing. The towels were stained and a couple of them were humid. The beds were nice tho. I would not recommend this hotel.

We got in very late the first night (around midnight). We had a double room, my daughter and I. When my daughter turned down the covers in her bed, a small bug ran across the bed. Obviously, this was a concern, but it was late and we didn't want to pack up and move. We checked the bed carefully to make sure there were no other bugs and went on to sleep. […] The next night, we found a dead roach on the floor. The coffee maker didn't work, the shower head didn't work. The sheets on the other bed were torn and stained. When I brought all of this to managements attention, they offered 50% off of next visit. I recently stayed at this hotel for my son's military graduation. I was very disappointed with the room. The room was very painted a very dark color on the walls and ceiling which made it very dark inside and needs updating. They gave us ony 2 of each type of towel and they were stained and worn out. I stayed at this hotel for 5 nights. 4 of those 5 nights the cable TV in my room did not work. I heard every excuse for 4 days of my 5 day stay. On day 5 it still did not work. This hotel is okay. I was empressed with the pillows and bed how comfortable they were. I slept really good but the carpet was so nasty I didnt even want to walk on it with socks. We arrived at this hotel around 9:15pm and it was AT LEAST 90 degrees in the room. The air conditioner was not running at all and after a long, very hot day at Sea World, this was NOT a welcome visit. Also, I had booked the room for 4 people and the accommodations in the room were only for 2. I had to go all the way to the front desk to get towels, […] and, because we were so tired, we made do with the 2 cups they provided and reused the coffee cups. The shower and toilet were in a tiny enclosed space and the sink and bathroom counter were exposed to the room which made it even more difficult to try and shower and get dressed while the temperature in the room was so hot. Had to switch rooms 3 times; air conditioner didn't work in one and toilet broken in another. The beds and pillows were old and uncomfortable and the whole hotel needs major maintenance. On a positive note: it was close to a mall, movie theater and Sea World.

The Hotel was located near SeaWorld and close to downtown. A plus was the mall across the freeway. The pool is small but you are allowed to swim late. We did have to ask for more towels on several occasions with a family of 4 they would only leave 2 everytime. Overall you get what you pay for and it was better than expected for the rate we booked.

Microwave did not work properly, there was no ironing board. Shower head needed to be cleaned for an even water flow. There could be other choices of fresh fruit for the breakfest other than oranges and red apples too. Poor continental breakfest area and selection. I would not recomend this hotel.

We visit our son and his family every spring and stay a week near their home on the northwest side of San Antonio. Considering all other options for lodging on the nw side of town, this motel will be on our list of places to avoid. While easy to find from the airport, (just off the 410 on the nw side of town and 5 min. from my son's home) it wasn't […] as nice as other motels in the area. Many small problems added up to a definite thumbs down on this place: The front door locks on our room worked, but showed signs of damage; we found old coffee in our coffee pot; mold on the shower curtain; TP dispenser was falling out of the wall; heat lamp in the bathroom wouldn't shut off on it's own; handicap shower seat was broken and wouldn't fold-up out of the way; no tissue box; only 1 trash basket (and that was in the bathroom); given 1 wash cloth for 2 adults; loose handle on bathroom door; noisy A/C; older TV took time to warm-up and then the picture was fuzzy and finally, although they advertise a free continental breakfast, don't plan on it! They shoe-horn 4 tables and chairs into a 10x20 space in the main lobby!! With only 1 waffle maker and 1 toaster there was always a long line for food and nowhere to sit. Hotel was nothing more than a 2 star. It is actually a motel rather than a hotel. Rooms are clean but very outdated. Hotel staff was nice but when I called ahead for an early check in they had NO IDEA what I was talking about. I informed them that my account had been noted and approved for early check in but that was not on my account. The hotel staff […] was unsure if a room was even available when I was 2 hour late after regular check in. They provided a goodie bag upon arrival which was nice, free wifi and cable. Free breakfast but not a lot of options and very small space to eat. We had to wait a long time for the waffle maker, no water was available to drink just milk. There is a very bad smell at the front desk and I couldn't stay even 2 min. Breakfast was served in the same place and since I stayed there I skipped breakfast two days.. They may have to clear the trash or there is something wrong in the front desk. Room is below standard with maintenance - may be because it is old building.
