The sheets were dirty, there was never enough wash clothes for the 2 of us. The ice machine did not work and we had told several people at the front desk. As wekk as other people in the hotel also. They finally got a bag of ice at the front desk so that we could get ice. It seemed no one could do anything because the manager was not there. There was […] no salt shaker!! so she hands me the box of salt to use.... We had order'd the shuttle to Sea World from the night clerk for the next morning. Good thing I asked the next morning when it was coming, because it didn't get order'd. She was too busy talking to friends outside and had her baby with her (working the night shift). The TV kept messing up, there solutions move to another room. We were settled, did not want to move to another room.... If I had not had a reservation for a week there, and if Fiesta had not been going on we would have moved to another hotel. But they were all taken with Fiesta going on, so we made the best out of a bad situation! Read more

Pros- the room was clean Cons- the queen beds were small. The towlet overflowed the first time it was flushed and we were told to clean it up. The TV was old and reception was Horrable When I complained they said someone would fix it. No one did. I will never stay there again.

Cheap hotel, their rooms are very outdated, dirty, the door in my room had about 1/4 inch gap between the door and door frame so anyone could see in and you could see out through the door side. The peep hole had been painted black. The location was in the ghetto, there were drug dealers inches from my door. A drunk person was pounding on my door at […] 6am, mistaken my room for someone else's. The continental breakfast was one of the worst I had seen, only a few mini muffins, some stale bread, and milk. They also had cereal but no bowls to put it in so that's not a breakfast option. It was a very unwelcoming lobby in the morning with all the rude men hovering over the counter and pretty much blocked access to anything you might want to get for breakfast so I just took my kids to a restaurant. Most certainly will spring for a nicer hotel in a safer location next time. Don't waste your time and money on this one. Read more

This hotel was the nastiest place I have ever stayed. A\C didn't work. Towels were stained (didn't use) The bathroom smelled like urine. There was a drain in the floor directly going into the toilet drain.(is that even legal?) Mold everywhere in bathroom. People also live in this hotel or was it a Motel? The people living (long term) were hanging out […] and very nice. Someone could make a huge difference in this place if they just clean it and get rid of the urine drains. Pool was fine for a pool. The pool that was shown on the website is nothing like their pool. The pool shown was a large pool and the pool they actually had was a quarter of the size and was only 3-4 feet deep. I was just glad that our family ending up not having time to swim in the hotel pool. The remote control for the tv did not work and since they only had one employee, I […] had to walk all the way to the front to switch out the remote. May be its just my bad luck. I travel a lot, $60 to $80 a night is my limit per night. Never had any comment before good or bad, for the price everything is OK. This days inn is different, We change 2 rooms due to some kind of small red bugs very tiny in bed. Finely moved to Ramada inn next door. Would not recommend this hotel due to having bees inside my hotel room. Also there was dead bees in my a/c and also growing mold. I had to change rooms two times, and also the bed frames are off, I kept on rolling off when got close to the edge of the bed, so did my wife.

The first room was not cleaned. Then second room the door would not close completely and I did not feel safe, this room also had many stains in the rug, on the sheets, pillow cases and bed spread. Finally the last room I was put in the day I arrived also had stains on the rug, pillow cases, sheets and bedspread and towels. The first night I was there people were out at the pool partying with alchol (even though the sign said no alchol) until midnight and I had to go to work the next day. I called the front desk at 10 pm, when according to the sign the pool area was to close and 11 pm, the night person went out there both times, but was not firm enough with the partiers. The location is ok. Near a Mall and lots of restaurants, but right on the freeway. We checked in 4pm and were placed on the 2nd floor. We asked if we could get the first floor, but were told that they were fully booked for the evening, even though there were only 5 other cars in the parking lot. The room was hot and stuffy, the sheets were stained, […] we had 1 washcloth for the 3 of us, and they did not have any more clean towels.They had not restocked any of the coffee supplies, and the tile in the bathroom was filthy. The pictures are staged very well! You can't really see how old the furniture, comforters and carpet are, or the 80's furniture. There are huge sticky spots on the carpet so don't take off your shoes. The pool is tiny and right in the parking lot. All of our lamps had broken lampshades, and the clockradio was broken. Brfkst had 1 waffle maker, frozen mini bagels and mini muffins, 2 types of cereal and 2 types of juice. If I hadn't already paid and used reward points we would've gone someplace else.
