"Comfort without excessive cost."
The manager at Days Inn downtown is one of the most gracious and attentive that I have ever met, confirmed also by other guests. INN was clean with modest amenities and good continental breakfast. "Convenient but dirty"
I stayed here for one night before a conference. The service was fine, but the room was filthy. I didn't want to touch the shower, and I kept my shoes on the whole time. It's a convenient location for getting into San Antonio fast, but I'm glad I only had to spend a few hours there. It is right next to a highway, so don't expect a good neighborhood. "Misrepresentations"
This hotel is nowhere near the Riverwalk, and I kept my laptop with me at all times. The room door had a one inch gap at the threshhold, so nothing would prevent crawly nasties from slithering in the room overnight. In room Internet was a big point in my selecting this room too, and that didnt work.
