The room was said to have been cleaned and was still extremely unsanitary. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

I can't believe I paid so much for one night here! It was worth it for the concert, but I will NEVER stay there again. The price the next night more correctly identified the room. hotel had paper thin walls with families living in it. right next to noisy train track. beds were paper thin. ended up finding another hotel and fortified our money. shame on us for trusting the title stating it was by the river walk.

Dowtown Riverwalk Area is false advertising. It's a mile or more away from the river. Room was infested with bed bug. Traffic and trains will keep you up all night. Wouldn't recommend staying here unless you are just absolutely desperate.

The stay was the most uncomfortable I have EVER had at any establishment. The TV remote did not work, the TV was about to fall off it's stand, the AC did not have a temperature knob and the outside was dirty. The service was bad and no one cared if we cared or not. I was not happy at all with this motel. It was very disgusting! I had only two towels in the bathroom. My daughter asked for more and they said they were washing them. The room had a smell to it and the bathroom was very nasty with hairs on the floor and on the towels.another thing that made me disappointed was my card to open the door did not work. […] I told the front desk and she said she would send someone to open the door which took atleast 20 minutes to arrive at my room. Room was dirty. Wife had to clean shower before we could get into it. Door locks suck. In the GHETTO. you pay for what you get. Cheapest hotel we found and definitely the nastiest. Would never stay there again. Vehicle next to mine got there passenger window knocked out and everything in there van stolen. It's a dump. Waste of money.

I was not impressed with this hotel at all. When I got to the I noticed that the room just did not seem clean. The doors and door frames had dirt smudges and make up on them. The room door had a big gap between the door frame and the door. The bathroom was dirty, there was stuff in the tub, and up on top of the ledge of the shower wall there was hair […] and dirt like it had not been cleaned in months. When I pulled back sheets to the bed there were hairs on the bed as well as being able to see the tattered box spring because there was not bed skirt to cover it. During our 3 night stay we did not have any cleaning service to the room. Trash was not thrown out, beds not made and no clean linens. The dryer in the room went out so I reported it to the front office and was told that maintance would put in a new one which never was done. When I reported it to the front office she said that she could bring me one, but it would not be mounted, she also said that she would bring new towels when I told her we had not had our room made up or any trash. However I never recieved any of those things. I was very very very dissappointed in this hotel as well as the guest service that was received during my stay. We chose this hotel as a quick stop before we reached our destination and got totally lost cause the address that is listed on the hotels.com website is incorrect. It takes you to a pile of rubble on the corner of a really bad neighborhood. I called the hotel and as soon as I said i was lost she knew exactly why. It was, to say the least, disgusting. The sheets and pillows smelled like the previous customer that never ever bathed. I could not sleep because of the dirtiness of the sheets and pillow cases.
