"Ugh"
It looked promising but then we got the noisiest room in the place, could hear the ice machine, everyone walking past, everyone using the toilet upstairs....it was a place to lay our heads for the night rather than a place to get a good night's sleep. "not up to par with the rest of the chain"
We were disappointed with this facility .The floor coverings were dirty and there was a heavy fragrance of carpet deodourizer in our room .Staff were friendly and welcoming .I think they just need to get a good maintenance program in place .
