"Not so good"
This is a motel, not a hotel. For the price, you would think you would be getting something better. There is a window air conditioner above the door. The hotel is loud. It's dirty, smells funny. "If you like it loud...."
There were stains on the sheets and the karaoke was REALLY REALLY loud from inside my room. Perhaps an outdoor speaker kept getting turned on. No apparent quiet hours for the outdoor hot tub. This was one of the worst hotel experiences we've ever encountered. The room smelled like a dirty ashtray and was swelteringly hot...which made the smell worse. There were stains all over the floor and everything just felt dirty. I failed to mention this was a non-smoking room. The bathroom smelled like the entire staff had gathered in it to take a […] smoke break...and this was at nearly 2 AM. The next morning, the shower temperature went between luke-warm, ice-cold, and scalding-hot without ever touching the handle. I would NEVER stay here again, nor would I recommend anyone else stay here. "Hot hot hot"
Room temp was 75 degrees upon arrival. Next morning after running dinky ac all night it was 71. Had to leave the door open for an hour to get room to sleeping temp. Bathroom smelled musty. Bed and pillows were average at best.Genuine Expedia guest review

"Broken AC in the middle of summer!"

"A 1 star hotel in my opinion"
This hotel is NOT worth the money!!! The air did not work in the room AT ALL and the weather was in the 80's, I want a room with AIR. The thermostat does not even allow you to set the air below 65 degree's. The WIFI is terrible and can rarely stay on a page, IF you can connect at all. "foul smelling room"

The attitude at the front desk when I checked in was horrible. They were rude and it was as if I was putting them out. Especially since I got the reservation on line. The carpet in the room had stains that made me I'll to look at. The lady in the restaurant was abnoxious, so I went across the street to PF Changs. My most pleasant experience of the trip. […] One of my criteria in a hotel is a workout facility. What a joke. Would have never paid that much money had I known the equipment in the facility was so bad. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
