what a pleasant surprise! i will definitely stay again. my only issue (not a complaint) is that i couldn't get a paper in the morning. if you are looking for a quiet place that has a local flare, this is the place. wish we could have stayed longer.Genuine Expedia guest review

"Oceanfront near Hyannis Harbor"
The studio rooms are OK, but the upstairs room overlook the ocean. Impeccably clean with private patio. The staff was attentive and helpful in every possible way with directions and suggestions. A wonderful relaxing place to stay. The only possible problem is with rooms (see other review) ext to the pool. Lots of children who were a bit noisy at times.
