Don't be scared by some of the negative reviews out there... Yes if you are used to a Hyatt regency then you may not be pleased because the rooms are a little dated, however, they were very clean and comfortable! The bed was nicer than many fancy hotels I have stayed at!Genuine Expedia guest review

"Good for 1 night stay"

"no frills but not bad-great for pets!"
Other than the fact that the (non-smoking) room was a bit musty and needed to be aired out, I found this motel to be just as nice if not better than ones I have paid 4x the amount for in Provincetown and in Hollywood. The pet fee was very reasonable and accomodating to big dogs, $10 for cleaning fee. We have a highly rambunctious Laboradore (picture […] 'Marley and Me' dog). The hotel was very reasonable, excellent location, and the owners/managers were very friendly. They offered a small but good variety breakfast considering the size of the room.
