Nicely presented accommodations and personal service. Breakfast was ample and located in a comfortable setting. The one and only concern was a minor issue with the window in the room and it was resolved quickly and correctly. Our stay was a real value. My only recommendation would be to update the carpeting to brighten the rooms.

Always hesitant to try new places, but we booked this hotel based on other reviews we read on TripAdvisor. We couldn't have been more pleased. The location was great - easy to get to everything. The staff were the friendliest I've encountered anywhere. The amenities at the hotel were just what we were looking for. A nice relaxing stay in the middle of Cape Cod. Bar was a lot of fun with a very unique decorating. Internet access was slow, but, we were on vacation, so, not a bigdeal.

Our family enjoyed an overnight stay at the Bayside Resort Hotel. The room was clean, though the section of this hotel is pretty outdated (80's?). Mattress not great but was ok. Enjoyed the indoor pool, sauna, outdoor pool, bar and gas fired oudoor firepit. Convenient location as well.

Quality of service was outstanding. If your room faces the bay in the back, it can get a bit noisy as there is a fire pit and social area in the back. Rooms are clean but a bit old and need some refreshing. Hotel is just a couple of miles from Hyannis ferry that takes you to Nantucket or Martha's Vineyard.

This hotel had everything you need for a getaway. The desk staff was knowledgable and helpful. Pool were both nice. Cute little beachy sitting area outside. Fitness room was also nice and clean. The staff was accommodating. The room was very clean. Overall, I would stay here again, and recommend it for a family trip.

we went with three kids for a weekend on the cape and I was worried we would get a sketchy hotel but was pleasantly Surprised by the bayside. The staff was friendly, the area was right in the middle of the cape, the rooms were clean, and the beds were comfy. Great breakfast and views. Would definitely stay there again.

This hotel has everything you need and is close to everything on the cape. It was my first stay with Bayside. I would definitely stay again. The Service is wonderful. Plenty of Parking. Extra towels for the pools. I was very happy with our choice to stay here.

Choose the hotel based on location and price, was not disappointed in either. Easy drive to downtown Yarmouth and other must see sights on the Cape. Hotel staff was exceptional and helpful. Made recommendations for restaurants and beaches.

we have stayed at many hotels in the area for one nite prior to our weel long house rental at the cape-this one is the best by far! older property with nice updated...comfortable beds/linens...great amenities for kids and adults, pool bar, arcade, waffle bar and fire pit was enjoyed by all.

Perfect for a family stay for a few days. Great base to see the sights and close to the beaches. Pools are great and the campfire and little fake beach are a nice touch. Staff couldnt have been more helpful.

We loved our stay at the Bayside Resort and strongly recommend it. the staff was great, the rooms were cleaned well and the resort offered all the amenities with the exception of a laundry room or service which the town would not allow. the outdoor pool and bar along with the indoor pool bar sauna and hot tub were great. it was very nice overall, two pools, an arcade and free breakfast. Kids didn't want to go to the ocean. It's also in a convenient location to get Hyannis, Craigsville beach, Yarmouth. Only 30 mins away from Orleans for ocean side beaches, like Nausset. One minus for the hotel was that we asked for a crib for our 2 year old, instead got a cot and after […] asking for the crib again, were told they're out of cribs and we'd get it next day. The hotel was great for the price. I would definitely stay there again. Has a nice little beach to sit out on and look out on the salt marsh. There was a firepit but no one lit a fire. The indoor/outdoor pools were good. Staff very friendly. The rate reasonable for high season.

Very Nice Hotel,only downside is hallways are not air conditioned. It was extremely hot out so it was a little uncomfortable walking the hallways. Otherwise its very nice and clean.

Kids will absolutely love the nightly campfire where you can roast marshmallows. Both indoor and outdoor pools were great! Breakfast buffet was perfect. Game room was great. Would definitely return--The staff was friendly and fabulous!

We loved the location - went to both Hyannis and Chatham for quick trips. Loved that the pool was set back from the road, the indoor pool was fun the bartender remembered us and the breakfast had both fun and healthy choices! Offered use of beach towels, relaxing chairs outside for coffee and drinks.
