"Beautiful room..."
The bedroom being separate from the living area was amazing! The little kitchen has everything one would need. We ordered pizza for dinner and had plates right there for the kids to use instead of paper towels or napkins! Nice and clean hotel. The stuffed animals in the lobby reminded me that I was in Alaska. I found this a bit tacky, but most hotels in Alaska have these. The room was advertised as up to 5 people. I have 3 boys and a wife. Well, the room had a king bed, and queen sleeper. Even though I requested 1 additional single bed, it was not ready. The worker […] who brought the extra bed was polite, but confused as too how to fit the bed in the room. We had to move around furniture, block the kitchenette, and obstruct the exit to get the extra bed in place. Breakfast was very good and the cheesy/bacon hash browns were fantastic. This hotel has all the amenities you want, including amazing customer service. The front desk was extremely helpful with everything. The only downfall was that the hotel is away from the shopping and attractions of downtown; however, they offer quick shuttles to almost everywhere in town, from downtown, to the airport, and even Walmart. "Good location... Between airport and downtown"
All the staff was very friendly and quick to bring you something if you needed it (towels, blankets, ETC.). Room was very nice but it needed a very good cleaning (long black hair in kitchenette/bathroom and ceiling fan was really dirty). Breakfast was good and always different every morning.
