Biggest complaint and why we will not be returning, is the service. There was a tv in the room but with bad weather the tv didn't have reception. We had called the front desk to ask if we could get a movie or at least half off and they said "no mam". I asked if they had cards and she responds with ".59" So we didn't have tv and thought it was rediculous […] that you have to pay to get cards. We had went to the casino and spend quite a bit of money, had a good time but would have liked if they could have at least worked with us considering they said tv was provided!! "Good Value"
The only problem with the room was the sink drain. The drain would not open. I reported to front desk and it was repaired while at dinner. Although it was opened, it couldn't be closed. The rest of the stay was fine.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

Front desk initially not friendly, but ok after 1st meeting. Internet not working first day of stay. In room coffee horrible (as in most hotels). "nice place to stay"
Oveall the hotel is a nice place to stay. I did not gamble so I cannot comment on that and I tried to eat at the steakhouse but we "needed a reservation" which i found oddly funny.
