Overall the hotel was great for what we needed. The staff is friendly and accomodating to our needs. The continental breakfast was pretty much good, offered a lot of different choices. Buiscuts and gravy would have been better than scrambled eggs and sausage. The pool was a little small but we didnt mind. The rooms were very clean and comfortable and […] the fact that our toy poodle was accepted there was even better. Being able to stay an additional day due to inclimate weather was a bonus, since traveling in a blizzard was not an option we would have liked to have chosen. The hotel was convienently located close to a Albertsons so we didn't have to travel far to get additional supplies and comfort needs. I would stay there again, the staff was friendly, the room and the rest of the hotel was clean. The breakfast area was clean and well laid out. I have found most of the hotels in this category only offer baked products, and breakfast cereals. This one also had a waffle iron, sausage patties and eggs, plus fresh fruit. I did not get a chance to use the […] gym but it looked nice. There are also some nice restaurants in the area including a mega Target store in case you forget to pack something you have to have. The parking lot was nice and clean. The only reason I have a 4 for the upkeep of the hotel is that the bath tub was not installed correctly and made a loud cracking sound while I was taking a shower, I did not fall through however. This was our first stay at this location and we were very happy. It is an older Comfort Suites but is in the process of being updated. We had outstanding service and friendliness from the front desk while we were there especially by Patty who responded immediately to a couple of small issues and who lent us her personal umbrella when it was raining […] so we could stay dry to go eat at a restaurant accross the street. The service at this hotel was really good, the gal on evenings at the desk was very helpful. The pool and hot tub area is in need of repair. Based on other positive reviews found on Expedia, we booked this hotel for 4 nights. We were pleased with the room in size, comfort and quietness. The hotel was located close to the highway, so it was easy to travel to our outings. It was also located in a nice suburb, so we had access to stores, gas, restaurants, etc. The breakfast selection got old […] by the last day but overall was nice for a free hot breakfast (waffles, eggs, sausage, pastries, juices, fruit, yogurt, etc). The pool was always occupied by small children, so we didn't get to try it or the hot tub out. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean, as were the hotel grounds. We walked around the hotel one night and felt safe doing so. They offer free wireless internet from the hotel rooms as well as have a computer for their lodgers use in the lobby.
