"Three star stretch."

Sadly I would not recommend this hotel. After being stuck in stop and go traffic for over 2 hrs on the way there I was informed that my non-smoking room had been given away and the only thing left was smoking. The 1st was repulsive and the 2nd was slightly better. The front desk associate tried to appease me as best he could and offered to have us moved […] to a non-smoking room the next day which was greatly appreciated. We were out of the room for 8 hrs but unfortunately when we returned our things had not been moved as promised. We did that ourselves and enjoyed a room without the smoke stench. Both days we were there the housekeeping staff knocked on the door to clean the room while we were still in there getting ready for our day (10:15 am and 9:15am). The 2nd day the housekeeper opened our door WITHOUT knocking which was completely unacceptable. Another call to the front desk was necessary. "Pass on this hotel"
Old beds - couldn't sleep in one of the 2 beds. Dirty carpet. Heating/Cooling system only worked sometimes. $23 a day to park is totally out of line. Valet lied about public parking across the street. Front deck clerk mislead us that breakfast was included with the room. Then the waiter in the morning also misled us. parking was expensive and not connected to the hotel. We were shuttled to our downtown event, but we waited over and hour for the return to the hotel after being told it would be 15 minutes. "Out of Focus"
When I checked in with a co-worker, I specifically told them that I wanted to put his room charges on my corporate card. I also told them that I would be leaving a day earlier than him and that I wanted to do what ever was necessary for them to be authorized to run the card. Fast forward to checkout - once again explaining to them that I was checking […] out and that they were authorized to charge the card when my co-worker checked out the next day. Well in the middle of the afternoon he gets a call that his reservation ended the day I checked out, so I had to call them in the middle of the Denver airport to straighten the whole thing out. In addition, I had to change from my original room to another because the first one smelled like a dirty ashtray when I specifically booked non-smoking, the self/valet parking is $20.00 a day and the free wifi might as well be free dial-up. "Save your money"
Room had a strong smoke odor, the bed was not comfortable at all, and waited an inordinate amount of time for someone to help me check out and retrieve my car from valet. Paid daily rate for valet and actually had to go get the car myself on check out day!Genuine Expedia guest review
