"Never going back!"
The reason we were in town was for medical reasons. This hotel would not offer us a medical discount. The room was clean and the hotel was very nice. The bed did not work like it was supposed to. It was like sleeping in hole. My big complaint is that I was charged parking six times on my credit card and only stayed one night. After finally talking to […] a manager and asking him to run a credit card report of charges to my number he discovered they were billing me for another person's stay and parking. WTC...how do you get a credit card messed up? We have several more trips to make to this area for medical reasons but we will NOT be staying at this hotel..... "Musty / moldy smell"
f When I book my room I supposed to have a King evolution room wihowethtub/shower mine had a shower only that never had hot water. "Dreadful Hotel"
The first two rooms that were assigned to me smelt like mold and mildew. The third room was 4 feet from the ice machine (lots of noise) but was at least clean. After a 4 hours trip I just wanted to get settled in my hotel. Then, I visited the bar and the bartender tried to serve me someone elses used drink.
