A friend and I arrived at 11 a.m. on a Thursday morning and were able to check into our rooms early, which was very convenient. I chose this hotel because it was about half the price of hotels closer to or in downtown Nashville, so it was a fair drive to the sites we wanted to see. The reception personnel didn't seem especially friendly, but the housecleaning […] staff were exceptionally so. "Weekend with friends"
Room was clean, beds comfy. Bathroom toilet had some sort of leak so it dripped all night. We didn't request it to be fixed but it was noticeable enough that they should have noticed and had it fixed anyway. Had the continental breakfast one morning. Contacted hotels.com to find accommodation. Due to a derby being in town most hotels were fully booked. Hotels.com found the above hotel at a suitable location and price at short notice. Comfort Suites was very clean and the staff was helpful. A few minor criticisms would be that there is quite a bit of noise you hear from other guests through the walls, and there is a bar next door that has live music on Friday nights. The only problem we encountered was that there were only 2 housekeepers for 4 floors of rooms, which meant they were always late cleaniing our room. Several times we came back to rest in the afternoon to find our room had not yet been cleaned. a nice stop over on our trip. breakfast was nice and kept supplied. my only minor complaint was that during checkin i asked whether the room had a hideaway bed as I requested. he said yes. when we got into the room and pulled out the hideaway, we looked all over the room for the sheets. i finally called the front desk to ask where they were hidden.
