No one was at the front desk when I entered, waited approx. 10 minutes. Room was not that clean and has not been maintained. 3 of us in the room but they only had 2 bath towels. Breakfast was ok. Probably will not stay here again.

Called to confirm there was a working pool, and tr customer service agent confirmed with the hotel but when we got there, the pool was locked and hadnt been approved yet. Large rooms but the TVs didn't work.

I was actually reluctant to stay. I had reservations at the Embassy Suites for the next several nights but there was no room there for one night. The room was shabby, and not clean. The sconce over the counter had wires hanging out so we were afraid to turn it on. There was used soap left in the shower. Hotel staff were the best part of the stay, they were all extremely friendly. The hotel itself was ok, its old and could use some TLC. The suite should have been enough room but we were pretty cramped, the bedroom door couldn't close because the beds were in the way. Also we had to seek out bedding for the pullout sofa. Stayed there with my sister. Stuff is a bit old and a bit dirty. Bed was comfortable but had a hole in the bedspread. Kitchenette was dated. biggest benefit was cost and location. Breakfast was late to open and coffee was pretty bad.

They never found my reservation. They showed me in three different rooms after we checked in, They sold my room again and some one with a key tried to come into our room at midnight. Very scary for us and for him. They did give a partial refund the next morning. Personel were very nice. Breakfast is very scarce.

Cheap, get what you pay for. Decent location & comfortable bed. Bathrooms are below average. Water in the toilet kept running , room smelled funny. TV cable was going in & out. Probably was a great hotel 20 years ago. Now just aged.

Our reservation was wrong when we arrived..took an hour to get into a room..Rooms not clean...yuck!!! Had people pounding on our door in the middle of the night and had to call the police. Glad we did not spend much time in the room...will not book here again!!!!

I booked this because it was cheap and thought, "well how bad could a ramada be?". This is apparently the worlds oldest Ramada. It reminded me of an old airport motel that someone tried to refurbish using the cheapest contractor they could find. But the staff was pretty awesome. The manager even gave us a ride to the opryland resort, free of charge. […] And its about a $17 cab ride from downtown. I wanted an affordable room near the airport and that is what I got - barely. The furniture was old and beat up, the closet doors were rusty and the bed linens had holes in them. There was noise from other hotel guests until after 12:00 midnite.

I stayed here because my usual hotel nearby was sold out, but I will never do that again. This hotel is old (furnishings), loud (next to freeway) and not very safe (my room looked like it had been kicked in and I believe that all rooms open to the outside). The only thing good about this hotel is the proximity to the Nashville airport. I stayed in a suite for a week and actually got locked in the bedroom one day when I closed the door between the rooms and had to call the front desk to have them take the door knob off that would not work- so that I could get out. The front desk person had to climb in the […] window with a screwdriver to take the door knob off. They promised to fix it-but that never happened.I did not have hot water in the shower most days. The blow dryer in the bathroom did not work because the outlet did not work. The breakfast choices were terrible. Even it was a over night stay. My mother and 3 kids stayed in the room. The beds was agaist the wall the pull out bed was broken and no linens to put on it. Bathroom door was broken as well as the window fixures. Room had very bad smell to as well. Hotel staff was friendly. Breakfast was ok.

This hotel is very outdated once I got there I did not want to stay but did anyways. The kitchen was not very clean. The shower was messed up and I've never ran out of hot water in a hotel before. We booked this hotel because it had the cheapest rate for 2 bedroom. It was basically 2 separate rooms connected with inner doors. Both bedroom had very little space. No room for a table or a chair inside bedrooms. There was 3rd small common area with sofa, coffee table, 2 chairs, TV and "full" kitchen. King bedroom and common area had separate A/C, […] but not the 2nd bedroom so air got "stuffy" after night. The kitchen was very old, completely outdated. The cabinets were repainted white, never remodeled. Nothing is provided with the kitchen, no single pot, no plates, cups or utensils. The old TV in the common area displayed 1 channel. TV in the king-bedroom worked ok but it was placed on the side of the bed since there was no room to place TV in front of the bed. There was no TV in the other bedroom. The pool was a bit murky. The bathrooms had some funky shower faucets, the faucet had 2 controls one next to the other: one inner ring controls water temperature and the outer knob turns water on/off. Since ring and knob were old, it took some tweaking to get warm water for shower started. The inner ring could almost be turned around nonstop. I thought I was going to unscrew the outer knob accidentally and flood the bathroom before I got how they work together. One toilet would take 10+ minutes to refill the toilet tank for next use (the tank faucet was already open on max). Overall, I should have not been so cheap and paid $20-$30 extra for more decent room elsewhere. Read more

During our stay weather record breaking heat we experienced and there was only one air conditioner in the room and it is located in the living room so the bedroom tends to get too warm that we had to leave the door open to get the air from the living room. In the kitchen there were no utensils or pots and pan to use. The hotel advertised for shuttle […] but no mentioned that it was for a fee to take to Opryland. We arrived late to the hotel due to airline problems so we paid for a day that we didn't get to use. There was only one set of washer and dryer working just got lucky that I am the only one wanting to wash clothes. There was only 1 TV located in the living room. Read more

When we got there, one of the 2 beds was obviously used and not changed from the last guest. When we told the staff about it, they just said sorry and handed us new sheets to go make the bed ourselves. The room was not very clean and a very old building. Could not get the key card to work properly ,reported it to front but no one came to check why I was having a problem. Stayed two (2) days asked the front desk when they clean the rooms ,the answer were if we stay more than one days ,house keeping clean every other day. Its pretty sad when I couldn't sleep between the sheets. It looked like the bottom sheet was not a fresh one. I also wouldn't take off my socks and my with good reason....they were white and from one evening there they were black on the bottom. I spent time in the lobby and didn't even want to sit on the furniture. The coffee table was filthy and the […] sofa's and chairs were very worn out or dirty(probably both). The bathroom was clean, thankfully. But the bed and linens left A LOT to be desired. The management would do well to spend some money updating them to something that could be easily washed with each guest. The "comforter" was visibly ripped, and there were holes in the sheets. I paid extra for 2 double beds. Well, one of the beds was shoved up in front of the closet-completey blocking the closet. This hotel is ideal for young college age people who like to party. This was the worst hotel experience that my wife and I have ever had. We actually left the hotel, rather than stay there. The staff was friendly enough at check-in, and the lobby was very nice, but once we went around to our room outside, it became evident that the actual hotel and its grounds were not kept very clean. The first thing we pulled up to […] was a pillar with a huge chunk missing from it. The stairway and outside of the rooms were covered in dirt. There were also cracked windows. It did not create a friendly environment. When we got into the room, we turned on the air conditioning to try and cool the room down, and left to go back to town. When we returned later that night, it was still very warm in the room. I was looking at some of the books and catalogs they had in the room for local attractions and they too were covered in a thin film of dust. When we got into the bed, we were grossed out. The blanket had cigarette burns in it and then we found several long black hairs scattered throughout the blanket and bed. That was the breaking point and when we decided to leave the hotel. At check-out, when I told the staff why we were leaving, we got a quick "sorry" and reminder that there would be no refund or discount for the room. We were fed up at this point and quickly exited the hotel for good. We will never use this hotel again nor recommend it to anyone. Read more

The lighting in the hallways was very dark making it uneasy to walk along in some paths. The sink in my room was leaking and the door needed to be banged hard to shut.
