"Dirty sheets and food"
A waiting for over 30 minutes to get checked in, we finally got to our rooms (we had 6). One of the rooms had food and drinks inside and the sheets were dirty. I called the front desk and apparently the room was already given to someone else. Disgusting!!!Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"easy access - and close to down town"
the Hotel is convenient. Staff was responsive. parking lot is too dark. Our room was quite large - so didn't feel crowded. There are a lot of homeless people hanging around the property. "Wouldn't go there if you paid me to ..."
The front desk clerk was no help at all, he seemed too busy on the phone to take care of our questions. The write up advised there was a continental breakfast however, everything was closed up & the signs were not taken down for the closed up lounge and the breakfast area. Not a good place for the price I paid. No coffee maker in the room. Door lock was barely functional. The only advantage was the location was close to Ryman which was our destination. This hotel is good enough to spend the night in after being out on the town all night, which is exactly what I did. Vagrants walking around in hotel parking lot & in walkways between office & hotel room. Felt unsafe in neighborhood. Did not have room cleaned by maid, asked to swap out dirty towels for clean towels from maid, she said no, said I would have to go to front desk. "Low income housing, not a Motel."
The staff and managers of the hotel are kind and accomidating, that was one redeeming factor. All around the hotel buisness were closed and the area seemed to have a lot of people who were either drunk or high. old hotel, went budget but will pay more next time - hotel had obviously had some work done (painting, bathrooms, mattresses). While I appreciate the new mattress, I would prefer that the plastic that it came wrapped in was removed!
