Super 8 Nashville Airport Music City Area

The worst place I have ever stayed. I can't believe Hotels. com would even recommend this place. The hallways were 80 plus degrees with a foul odor. The pool area smelled of strong chemicals. The employees were rude and unconcerned with guests needs. I was told by Hotels.com there was an up charge for a baby bed, which I paid and was told it would be […] in the room upon arrival. Finally, after three hours of begging, the baby bed arrived and I had to wake the baby to put her in it. My oldest daughter left a sentimental Bible for teen girls in a drawer between the beds. I called the day after check out and was told they would check with housekeeping and call me back. the call wasn't returned, I called them. They had found the Bible and asked for my credit card information for postage. Almost two weeks later when the Bible had not made it to our home I called and was told the person I needed to speak with wasn't there. They took my number and said she would call back. I waited another week and called back. The man, Mark, who answered the phone was rude and I was told that Janet wasn't there and he knew nothing about it. He was not interested in helping me, told me he had other things to take care of and abruptly hung up the phone. I called back and he told me that he had my information, there was nothing he could do to help me and that by calling him back I was harassing him. Nightmare Hotel! Read more

I've stayed at this hotel many times. Price, convenience, location and amenities are good. Decent indoor pool and hot tub. Only gripe is the breakfast selection is very minimal. Hotel managers and housekeeping staff are nice.

Over all we were pretty comfortable in our room. It was close to the city & had a nice hot tub too. I would stay there again, for the price it was a very nice hotel.

This hotel was booked completly the night we stayed so this is probably part of it, but they did not offer much for a continetal breakfast. We came down at 7 am and there wasnt much out. This was a very comfortable room. I stayed here before catching an early morning flight. The complimentary shuttle to the airport (which is about a mile away) leaves on the hour beginning at 4:00 a.m.

Nice, friendly staff. I just have two complaints: 1) the taxi ride to downtown was expensive for a college student and 2) the rooms don't block out sound - there was some construction that I was unaware of that lasted for about 4 or 5 hours one morning.

The room was clean and had been renovated sometime recently. The free breakfast was not the best, but it was free. The ain concern that I had was that the WiFi was all but useless as it was very slow and routinely did not work. My number two dislike was that the toilet was small. The staff was excellent . I have stayed in may Super 8 hotels in the past but the condition of the room was less than desirable. The bathroom wall had a hole in it, all of the base boards were off or partially off, the bath tub still had hairs in it from a previous guest. The beds were clean, the chair at the desk had dried milk or something on it. […] The security of the hotel was less than desirable the door into the room locked, the back entrance which eas suppose to be key locked would not even shut and the door coming into the hallway was broke and looked like someone had used a screw driver or something to break the lock off the door. There was repair work that was either in the process of being done or excess materials was just left laying on side walk. I started not to answer this survey because i do not like to be negative but since you sent a second request, i went ahead and filled it out. The hugh thing that concerned me was my daughter's statemnt of not feeling safe. I stayed for two nights this time, but I usually booked this hotel, location it's pretty convenient, if you need to stay close to BNA. Noise is a big deal for me, A/C and Mini Fridge can be quite noisy if you are too sensitive, I recommend to disconnect them, if you want to have a good night to sleep.

Towels in room very small and only two of them, breakfast attendant did not keep food stocked and area did not have enough seating, indoor pool water was cold with the hot tub broken. Okay if all you want and/or need to do is sleep.

Rooms were very nice.The only problem we had was it was winter so we booked a hotel with a indoor pool.We have a 12 year old and the pool was cold and the hot tub was not working.We were there 3 nites.We could have stayed some where else for half price with no pool.Thought they should have ajusted the price for the inconv.

The entry doors to the rooms slam shut every time they are opened, Having a church group arrive at 10:30 pm, that slamming didn"t stop untill well after 1 am. Only had ice...no vending machines. I arrived late and had to walk across the grass to the Courtyard Mariott to find something to eat. Desk attendant offered no help even though they could have used some of the muffins that were used the next morning. Not very helpful. No convienience store close by.

Room was ok for the amount we paid for... we asked for a infant bed that took 4 hours to arrive and the hotel staff just dropped it off at our door and kept walking. When we opened it there was stains all over it and it was very dirty! Breakfast was alright, biscuits were stale. This hotel is great for a quick weekend or a short business trip, but not much else. The Plus Side: It is very close to the airport and the shuttle runs for a very large portion of the day. Clean Rooms. Ample hot water Plenty of towels. The rooms are cleaned and beds made daily. Decent breakfast. Clean and Comfortable beds. The Down Side: Low water […] pressure in Shower The pool is not heated. Some exterior doors Do not lock, and have tape over the locks. (The rooms are very secure) The TV is older. The A/C/Heat is very loud, works great, just loud. Wallsa re thin, So if you are unlucky (Like Me) and happen to draw the room with young, very active neighbors , you children could very well get a lesson in anatomy... Over All: this is a fine place to stay for some quick business or a stop over in Nashville. My family and I had to be in town for a wedding, and it served its purpose well. You are less than 15 minutes from the Airport and Zoo. Shopping is also just around the corner. If We had to come back nto town I would stay elsewhere, just because my child likes to swim in the pools and could not becuase the water was too cold. Called ahead for crib and was told it would be in the room when we got there. At check in, I asked about the crib and was told it was in the room, it wasn't. I called down to the desk and they said it would be up asap. We came back from dinner, still no crib. Called again and again was told crib would come, it didn't. At 9:30, with tired crying 1 year-old, […] we went down to the front desk and was told that they didn't have a crib and were given no explantion why they kept telling us they did or why they waited until then to tell us. Also, they missed our 4 am wake up call that we requested for an early flight. Fortunately we set our cell phone alarms. The room was clean and appealing except when the air-conditioner was turned on there was a musty smell that got increasingly worse the longer you had the unit on. However without it on it was so stuffy you were uncomfortable! There was no answer! SO we sprayed the room with air freshener and finished our stay. The room was supposed to have a couch bed and didn't. The front desk employees would not help the person right in front of them. To explain my previous comment, the staff member would just stop what they were doing and answer the phone, no excuse me or anything. The hotel's back external door had been kicked in and was heavily damaged. This damage […] to the door had happened long enough ago that somone had painted over the crack in the door. The eating area was small and a wider variety of breakfast foods could be used, along w/ extending breakfast hours from 5am- 10am.
