"Little thing ruin a stay!"
I was at the hotel for 6 nights, my bedding was NEVER changed! They said I had to request it with a card that was somewhere in the desk drawer. Maybe if I wanted it changed daily but 3 days should be routine minimum, it is everywhere else I have ever stayed. Not replenishing small items like towels, coffee, sugar packets, Some of the late evening staff […] was very rude-angry person made a poor choice to share hospitality with. An error in my reservation had me leaving a day early and the poor way they chose to communicate with me. Locking me out and accusing me of trying to cheat them, my personal items were still in the room and it was obvious I had not intended to check out..Silly and rude.
