"Will not go back"
One of the worst places we have ever stayed at. There are no restaurants or food places of any kind attached to the property, unless you count a vending machine. The walls are not noise proofed at all and you can hear every conversation and television program coming from neighboring rooms. The exterior was covered in webbing by some kind of bug and […] in desperate need of being power washed. Worst of all is the concierge service, or lack of. When we called to see if they could arrange a taxi to pick us up for dinner reservations at a local hotel, the concierge acted like she had never heard of a taxi. She said she would call back and never did. Then we called and was placed on hold, we hung up after over five minutes on hold. Finally after three calls and almost forty minutes she was able to get a taxi set up to get us. Very poor service by all. Would definately not reccommend staying there. "Nightmare"
Very small "suite". Cramped. Cheaply decorated. Water stains in ceiling. No sound insulation in walls. A nightmare. Would never come close to this place again. Even the appliances were reduced size because the room was so small there wasn't room for full size appliances. We've stayed in this area of Nashville many times before.
