"Undergoing Remodeling"
If we known the hotel was under a rehab we wouldn't have picked it. We travel with a child in a wheelchair and parking was very difficult and crowded. Two of the three handicapped stalls were taken by cars without handicap identification so we had to park on the side of the building and walk in. "Not so great!"
The hot tub was broken, the tv's they had in room, you could not watch a show without the tv freezing. This was all the time about every three min. it was a pain. Breakfast Saturday morning was $9.99 that was not told at check in. It was a mommy weekend out, but was not relaxing as we wanted it to be. Will not stay again!!! "Not Happy"
i had a room with double beds. My sons got sick in one of the beds and then had a bleeding nose in the other. I asked for housekeeping 3 times the next day. The never clean the room my entire stay. They bought us a total of three fresh towels over the weekend. the bed my son got sick in was never changed, although they bought up a clean blanket. the […] other bed that his nose bled in was never touched. We had to put dirty linen and towels under the bathroom sink. One night auditor said she would comp us a nights stay but that didnt happen. The next morning a different said i hope we get another chance to serve you. Breakfast was suppose to be free for kids yet they charged for the " all you can eat buffett" for one of my kids.They said they would take it off of the credit card but i have not checked to see if that happened.
