"Comfort Inn - near the Grand Ole Opry"
We enjoyed the location, close to Opryland, Grand Ole Opry and Bass Pro shop. The restaurant next door is a must eat place called the Sante Fe. The hotel was fine. We had no problems.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Disgusted"
This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had at a a hotel. The doorknob was broken, the bathroom faucet fell off in the sink and they told us just to sit it back up there and it would be fine. The toilet plugged up several times. No hot water for shower and we were awake most of the night listening to the people across the hallway's dogs. They […] were constantly barking! The service was terrible - they couldn't even give directions and they lived in the blessed town. I have never been so disappointed in my life. I would totally not recommend to anyone to stay here.
