"Stayed for a conference"
The hotel is nice enough, a little shabby, but for the most part it was clean and the bed was comfortable. Free breakfast was nice with hot and cold options. The only complaint that I had was that I was in town for a conference and was under the impression that there would be a shuttle service available to go to the conference center (less than 2 miles […] away) There was a shuttle, but it only ran from 8-12 in the morning and from 4-8 at night. There was no way to make any other arrangement so on the days that I didn't have to be at the center all day, I had no way to get back. So I ended up having to pay $20 a day to park because the shuttle service takes 4 hours off in the middle of the day. Very inconvienent!! So the money that I saved staying there (because they had a shuttle service) I spent on parking. I could have stayed at a much nicer hotel had I known. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

"color me unimpressed"
This hotel is convenient to the Opryland area and it's actually very quiet considering the location (adjacent to an interstate). Those are the only positive things I can say about it! The hotel is in bad need of an update! There was mold on the wall and in the carpet beside the a/c unit. The rooms did not have a microwave or a refrigerator. The breakfast […] was disappointing as well. Friends of ours stayed in a hotel right up the street (Country Inn & Suites) and payed less $$$$$ and had a much nicer room than what we had at the Comfort Inn!!!!! "Nashville/Grand Ole Opry"
Decent room for the price. Breakfast included is a bonus for anyone on a budget. I would likely stay here again if in the Nashville area. Hotel staff were excellent, and very friendly. Car reccomended if staying in this area, as Opryland is about a 20 min. drive outside of the city.Genuine Expedia guest review
