First off, hotels.com did not inform me that there was a $25.00 per night charge for pets. I was just told that my pet could stay. I was very unhappy about this when I arrived and was told I would have to pay another $75.00. The hotel was O.K., but the beds were terrible. I could not sleep because of the discomfort. I booked this through Hotels.com the rep from Hotels.com was very nice, people were very friendly. Clean lobby & clean in the room, although the room could have used a little more lighting. But nothing major. My only complaint is when I made the reservation through Hotels.com I requested that we have a microwave and a mini refrigerator and was assured […] that both would be in the room, but when we got there, I was told they were out of both since a construction company and snatched up all of them. But the front desk man told me in a nice way that we were welcome to come down and use the microwave and refrigerator. I just didn't want to do that while in my pj's if you know what I mean.Overall, the Cleanliness, Quality, Amenities,Location, Rates were all very good. The location is so convenient for me. I'm close to a great restaurant for a late-nite dinner, and I can go a mile or so away for special shopping. I'm close to the 40 freeway and can get to downtown in a matter of minutes.

I arrived for a 2 night stay. I have stayed at a microtel before (Clarksville,TN) and was happy with my stay. Upon arriving they didn't have a room ready so I had 2 wait til 1 was cleaned. I was disappointed that there was NO mini-fridge in the room nor microwave. Other Microtels have these amenities. The room was quite small. The front desk staff was […] not "happy campers" and acted like I was bothering them when I asked questions. There is a subway & a O'Charleys within walking distance. This hotel was a very good option. It is by an interstate and allows easy assess to Nashville. The room was small and they did not provide shampoo, but the room was clean and comfortable. The staff even helped out when my car would not start. There was an "O'Charleys" next door and they gave us a discount. There are also several small places to eat […] near by. It is also close to many other stores. My only real complaint is that the pool water was very cloudy. I could not see anything when I swam under water! Read more

Quiet, clean, nice hotel. Very polite and responsive staff. We had reserved a non-smoking room but when we arrived, the only room available was a smoking room. They immediately upgraded us, at no cost, to a suite which was very nice. They gave us a code to use the free wireless internet service but I could not get connected. My computer had worked fine […] at the prior hotel so I don't know what the problem was; I did not bother the staff about it because we were only there from 10 p.m. to 9 a.m. so I let this go. The staff was very polite. In the first room, the bathtub faucet did not work, the maintainence personel was off for the night. A quick move down the hall to a room that worked. The stay was okay, the beds were hard and uncomfortable. The morning breakfast consisted of "alright" muffins and warm milk. overall a good night stay for the money paid.

We were disappointed by the size of our room. We immediately upgrades to a suite. We were disappointed there was not an excersize room. My fault I didn't check it out as with no inside pool or hot tub. As for convenience we were visiting family and we were only 3 miles or so away. The staff however were very friendly and accomodating.

For the price, I would have expected more comfortable beds. Overall the hotel was very good. The one thing was the bed itself .. which was very hard and uncomfortable. The room, the suite, was very large and the kitchen was nice. The A/C was very noisy.
