We really enjoyed our stay. The staff was nice, the room was nice for a quick cheap stay in Nashville. I would stay here again. My only complaint is the parking lot is TOO small and it seemed very difficult to get through when the lot was full.

Stayed here one night to shop. The area didn't seem the best. The exterior made me think I had made a terrible choice, but it wasn't. The beds were large, not real comfortable, but the room was nice and I wasn't disappointed since it was cheap.

My husband quickly booked this room after reading a few reviews and we figured for 1-2 nights on the end of our honeymoon we would be able to get by... the reviews were not correct... there was a hole in the wall i felt someone was looking at us through, the shower didn't work we had to wash out hair in the bath tub, we left for the morning and came […] back and our key had been shut off and had to be recoded, and the staff which was a two person staff was not friendly and very hard to understand.... not to mention the "continental breakfast" that was offered was the biggest joke of the entire think.... We were less than excited when we entered our room. The vinyl floor in front of sink/counter area was yucky sticky -- we were afraid to walk on it in bare feet. Complimentary breakfast consisted of a choice of cold cereal or a small pre-packaged pastry. Disappointed in the fact that the reviews were good and hotel was mediocre at best. Too much going on in town to get another hotel. Sheets were worn and very thin in spots. Sink drain was plugged. I came into town with my kids for the Titans game. I chose it for price and easy access to the main highway (I-65). Shady area once I arrived...a definate negative. The room was alright; good water pressure, decent beds and, most importantly, no bed bugs. Yes I did look! I will most likely stay there again when I'm in town for the next Titans game.

We were concerned with with booking our vacation after we read several of the negative reviews for this Hotel. The entire experience was most enjoyable and we plan on returning next year. One comment we read was how small the lobby was and yes it is small but, we did not book a room because of the size of the lobby. We found the staff very pleasant, […] engaging and personable too. The staff asked us frequently during our stay if there was anything we needed from them just ask. The room size was just perfect for our family. The continental breakfast featured a nice selection of food items to choose from and once again the staff worked hard to please the guests. One staff member was sick during our stay and she did not let that affect her level of customer service. It does make a difference when the staff who's working hard to take care of their guests know that they are appreciated. Read more

We stayed at this hotel on our way south. It was a perfect hotel to stay at for a short stay over. The breakfast didn't have really anythin gto eat and we did ask for a non smoking room and you could tell it used to be a smoking room. I would recommed this hotel to other guests. Loved the pool.

The room smelled like musty old smoke, had not been updated in 20+ years, and the beds were the most uncomfortable things I've ever slept in. The room was clean, but the neighborhood was a bit sketchy. Lots of random folks hanging out in parking lot, etc... The breakfast was a JOKE! This isn't a five star hotel. You'll get no nice bar soap or spa-like toiletries. It's definitely no-frills. The "breakfast" is some cereal in a container, toast, little debbies, and watered down OJ. There's no gym or business center. The front desk sits behind bullet-proof glass, and I'm pretty sure some families were living there. BUT, our room was […] clean, the owners were accommodating, and the room was plenty fine for crashing at night while I was at a conference during the day. There's free WiFi and a pool which is good. It's about 10 minutes from Vanderbilt, and it was crazy cheap. And the price made up for everything else. If you want to exercise, bring some running shoes -- although the hotel sits just off of a busy street, a few blocks down away from the highway are some residential communities (on the other side of the street from the hotel), and the main drag quickly turns into a quiet residential area. I didn't feel like was missing anything, and I saved a lot of money. One note, there's some construction on I-24 on the weekends, and this may affect you if you're trying to get somewhere quickly on a Saturday morning (as of 5/2012). Read more
