switched hotels, the rooms were not clean and the beds were not clean. The sheets and pillow covers were covered in nasty things. We checked out and switched hotels. The staff was ok, just not a clean hotel..Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Ok Hotel, Room but had Bed from hell"

The outside of the hotel and lobby of the hotel is very nice. The staff at the hotel is extremely kind and accommodating, but everything else about the hotel is not good. "Will Never Stay Here Again!"
I was disappointed that the noise level was so high. I could hear doors slamming all night long....until like 2am morning. Then about 6am in the morning the cleaning ladies stared slamming doors and vacuuming. I understand they have to clean, but the walls are so thin you can hear it when they are 2 or 3 doors down. The room was too warm for me..air […] wouldn't go lower than 71 degrees. For the price I've stayed at much nicer place. The sleep number bed wasn't good at all I felt like I was sleeping on an airbed. I would sink to the middle of the bed and I woke up with my side aching terribly. Since we were booked through Expedia we had to pay 12.00 for two breakfast which was just a buffet. Apparently if you book through the Hotel you get a coupon for breakfast. "Nice staff but 'stinky' room"
The general first impression was good and staff were friendly but when we got to our room I became very disappointed. The room was nice but the smell in the room was disgusting. We actually had to go to the closest department store to purchase room freshners to place in the bedroom and bathroom so that we could sleep in the room.Genuine Expedia guest review

We booked our reservations for a King size sleep number bed and instead were given two double beds with traditional mattresses. The room keys were not working and we had to get new room keys every day during our three day stay. We had someone with us in a separate room and he also needed to get new keys during his stay. The A/C was not in operation, but I was not told when I made the reservation. At checkin I was told that I could request a fan if I needed one. The room was warm and stuffy. I attempted to call the front desk but the phone in the room was not working. I had to call from my cell phone. I was told they would have a fan brought to my room in 15-20 minutes. I booked this hotel through hotels.com without a lot of research on my part. That was my mistake. There are better choices of hotels in that area and I would recommend choosing one of them over the Radisson. "BNA Radisson: Stay only if you get a great rate."
The hotel is convenient to the airport. Staff was very nice and accomodating. However, based on my room, the facility needs an update.
