Our stay was good, as expected, but what I really appreciated was the way the front desk helped me out. I was surprising my husband for Valentine's Day... by getting us a reservation at the hotel across the street from where we would be having dinner. The valets at the hotel and restaurant coordinated so that the restaurant valet would park our car at the hotel and we could just walk across the street! by a Hotels.com guest on 02/13/12
