Elevators were not working well. One of two elevators was non functional the entire 3 night stay. The valet service was slow and sloppy despite the $22 plus tax per day parking fee. The last day the entire front entry drive and valet area was torn up as part of a renovation project. "Great service in an older hotel"

"Hotel close to Vanderbilt"
The front circle driveway is crowded and cars can easily get into a traffic jam. Parking seems to be a problem. The heater/air-conditioning unit in my room was loud. It needs to be updated.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"An older hotel, but service is amazing!"
The hotel is older, and is in the condition expected for an economically priced place (clean but towels aren't plush, for example) but I truly got Ritz Carleton service. "Not impressed. Dirty sink"
After first day, and complaint about the filthy sink, the second day, it was still dirty. Acloth had gone over the sink, but not clean at all. The room was fine, the bed comfortable, but no restaurant.Genuine Expedia guest review
