On the banks of the Cumberland River, downtown Nashville is home to such popular attractions as the Ryman Auditorium (known as “The Mother Church of Country Music”), Tootsie’s Orchid Lounge (where stars like Willie Nelson were discovered), and the Country Music Hall of Fame. The State Capitol is also here, as is the home of the Tennessee Titans (football), who play at LP Field.see all hotels in Nashville
"165.00 for a 50.00 room"
Nickled and dimed after paying 165.00 for a room that was worth 50.00 tops. Charged ten dollars and tax to park my car in the hotel lot overnight. Room was terribly under maintained. I would suggest staying further out of town an get a better rate for a cleaner room.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Good for a weekend"
If you're looking to save a few bucks and not stay at a fancy downtown hotel this place is good for that. It isn't anything special but it is good for a quick trip and a short walk/drive from downtown Nashville.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Good deal if the price is right"
It's a very average hotel with a good location to downtown. We had a very busy trip planned and knew we weren't going to spend a lot of time at the hotel, so we opted for cheap with a good location. There wasn't a football game going on, so rates were good and parking was $5. The room was clean and was average. Nothing extra or special. Although, breakfast […] was included. It's fine if you are just looking for a place to crash for a night or two. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Handy for the Interstate and NFL"
The hotel was good, but not great and a 20 minute walk from Broadway. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and always happy to book a taxi. Be sure to check whether there is a Titans game due to take place because this will dramatically alter the accommodation price. The stadium is located immediately between the hotel and the river crossings for […] downtown so a sports crowd will affect logistics. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Close to downtown"
The hotel staff were very helpful. We were able to walk into town and the rooms were very clean and comfortable. It is a older hotel but for a short stay it was perfect. Our only complaint was that they charge for parking and then the parking fee is taxed....Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Ok for the price but watch out for the parking fee"
The hotel room was clean and very close to LP field and a 20 minute walk to the strip downtown. We caught this hotel on special for 90 bucks. The room was very spacious. In fact larger than some of the more expensive hotels. Now the cons: the bathroom paint was peeling off and the toilet was slightly leaking. The hotel staff wasn't the friendliness […] staff I've met. It's ridiculous that you pay for the room and when you arrive you get hit with a 50 dollar parking fee that has to be paid for in cash. When you add the total cost we could've stayed at the double tree. They allow event parking for the stadium here so if you arrive later in the day you may not have a spot to park in for the hotel you already paid for. That's shady business. Hotel staff was rude. Had to pay $50 to park at this hotel for nfl game, even though we had reservations for the night. The they tried to get me to pay $10 more for the night. "Ramada Next to LP field"
I had a great experience staying here with my friends. It was a 2 minute ride by cab to downtown and was no trouble navigating it's location upon arrival. The next morning we were directly across from LP field where the Tennessee Titans were playing. There was some traffic due to this but was still worth the stay. The only suggested change would be […] the 40$ parking few hotel guest are charged at check in. This did not seem fair since the day of the game outside fans were charged only 50$ to park in the same parking lot. I would suggest making this few cheaper for guest in the future. Overall we enjoyed our stay and will be back on a later date. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
They have a overpass about .1 mile from here. You will probably be better staying there. Went in 5 rooms and all 5 rooms had hair in the beds. Finally got upgraded to a better room and the room was on the 4th floor and slanted bad. All the rooms smelled like mold. "Improvements" have been done in the hotel but it looks like they just sprayed new Sheetrock […] texture over the previous mold. Staff was pretty good for the most part but the hotel is a overall bad stay. Once I checked in I found out that they charge you for parking. Pay for parking at a hotel you are staying at?? "Not much bang for my buck!"
The hotel was a standard room with two full king beds. Fairly clean however just felt dark and dreary. We checked in at night and the clerk was not very cheerful (maybe because she had to work nights). The price was inflated due to a concert in the area. I've been in similar rooms for half the cost.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Ok for an overnight stay - quick trip to music row"
The place is a bit strange, and definitely not what I would consider a Ramada, but with that said, the room was clean and safe and had a good breakfast. Was just passing through and wanted to spend the night and spend a couple of hours at music row. I booked here because of the price and location - it is walkable, but was advised to take a cab ($6 both […] ways) and saw during the day that it is possibly unsafe to walk it at night. "Should be listed as "Stadium" view not "City""
The room we stayed in had bad water stains on the ceiling and the texturing on the ceiling was dropping down. Bathroom door did not shut at all. Sink was cracked and had no drain stopper. The breakfast they served was terrible. You couldn't see out of the peep hole on the door.Genuine Expedia guest review
"REVIEW OF STAY"
NO internet. They say they have it, but they don't. When you ask anyone at front desk, they say "just keep trying; I'll reset the router", no matter who you ask. Hair dryer outlet in room didn't work, so no hair dryer because it's bolted to the wall and can only be used with that outlet. Two different front desk people said they would send someone up […] to look at it or move me to another room. Neither happened. Front desk morning person and overnight person had a conversation right in front of me about how people were idiots for coming in before check-in at 3:00 and wanting to check in early, not even attempting to hide their conversation. Won't be back. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
Our room appeared nice at first glance, but as we brought in our luggage, we noticed the chain lock was hanging with the screws almost out. My husband found a worker in the hall way who got a screw driver and fixed it, but the frame of the door was cracked as though someone had kicked it in. Our tv remote had only one battery so we needed to get another […] from the worked to use it. The tile in the hallway was spotted and stained as it was in our bathroom by the tub. It looked like dirty water had spilled and dried. The one positive was the continental breakfast being in a large room on the lower level. It had a good variety of food and tended by very helpful staff and it was kept nice and clean. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Cool Swimming Pool"
It was a nice hotel, however the bathrooms would benefit from a fresh coat of paint. The beds were very firm. Also, they change your hotel room key every day at noon but did not tell us, so we were locked out of our room the second day we were there and did not know why.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Close to LP Field...otherwise, avoid."
The positive: it is across the street, easy walking distance to LP Field for sporting events. The negative: it is dilapidated, and clearly shows this (peeling paint, fraying carpet, just a general 60s motor hotel vibe to the whole place). The rooms are bare bones. No lamp or clock on my nightstand, ratty "blackout curtains", bare-bones bathroom with […] minimal water pressure (despite several settings tried on the shower head). It appeared clean enough, and the bed wasn't uncomfortable. However, for the war price charged on a game night, you could get a 4-star hotel in town for the same price if you don't insist on being able to walk to the stadium. ALSO, in addition to the grossly inflated room charge, they hit me for $40 for parking overnight on top of the room rate, payable at check in. This was not mentioned anywhere in the reservation process and was quite a surprise when I thought parking was included in the exorbitant room price. Caveat emptor. "Great place, great service, close to downtown"
Clean and comfortable, the price for us was very reasonable. The first room we were given had a very small window (2 feet) and I'm a little claustrophobic so we nicely if there was something with a standard window and we were very quickly, efficiently and with a smile offered another room. Brekky lady is so very friendly and helpful.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Perfect Hotel for the Price"
Stone throw away from the Stadium and easy walk to the nightlife hot spots. Great staff and a guitar shaped pool.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Well, the pool was kind of cool to look at."
The swimming pool was shaped like a guitar. Other than that, the experience was nothing to rave about. We were in town because my 9 month old grandson had been admitted to PICU at the Children's Hospital at Vanderbilt. We arrived at the hotel late (after a 10 hr drive and visiting hours). The front desk attendant seemed to be under the impression that […] he was at Trump Towers in NYC, rather than the Ramada Downtown Nashville. While across the street from the Titan's Stadium, it's only about a mile from "the hood". The room was clean enough, and the bed was comfortable enough. That much was good. The electrical outlet behind the nightstand had no cover plate, and the shower rod was loose and drooped. The shower curtain hung in about a 3' span in the middle of the rod. I had to hold the curtain in place with one hand while washing my hair with the other hand. The morning attendant at the front desk at checkout was no more friendly than the night attendant. The next night we stayed at the Knights Inn Downtown, which was actually in "the hood" (gas station next door has bars on the windows & door - and very nice people inside) a few blocks away. Other than the snotty, night attendant acting like he belonged at Ramada, and the beds being a bit less comfortable, I would go back there next trip. They were half the price, just as clean, the shower curtain hung properly, and the morning attended was really nice. He even smiled! Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
"A night in Nashville"
Happy, Happy! Overall we were pleasantly surprised; due to close proximity to the down town area and the short distance to the airport, the lower cost of this venue in comparison to those two blocks away was great. This was a one day/night trip for a weekend concert. No frills hotel but clean and GREAT beds/pillows. Recently renovated, staff was most friendly and very accommodating. They had a great variety of food/drink/toletries at the convenience area in the lobby. Missed the morning complimentary breakfast but had coffee. The breakfast room was packed. The […] hotel was sold out for the weekend. It's on the backside of Nashville's LP field (stadium). Very convenient to downtown venues (1.5 miles) I would stay here again. We here a knock at the door, a second later the door is trying to be opened. Luckily we had the safety latch on or he would have came right in.
