"Average"
Stayed here on a short vacation to Nashville. The hotel was very average. The elevators are undergoing a renovation and could take 5-10 minutes to catch one. The room was basic. The furniture pretty beaten up. The bed was clean, all white duvet and no nasty coverlet. The bathroom was clean for the most part, the shower a little scummy. The location […] however was great, quick walk to the main drag in Nashville - very convenient! We moved hotel locations on the second night. Would not stay again. "Great night in downtown Nashville"
My husband and I had a great Saturday night stay! Walking distance to Tootsies Orchid Lounge and many other great places! Parking was a little confusing of you don't use valet....that was the only remotely negative thing.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"We love listening to music on Broadway."
Had a great time on Broadway and at concert, love downtown, room is a little pricey for us.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"The Renaissance Nashville - Location, Location"
This Hotel falls short of expectations for the price paid. Our room had visible wear and tear with a frayed carpet and wall base trim coming unglued. In this price range I expect an in room fridge or at least a large ice bucket. Insead there are the small cheap roadhouse Inn style. On floor vending consists of one machine with a very limited selection, […] Pepsi or water. The bathroom was clean and neat, but had a typical roadhouse shower. Again a dissapointment for this price range. The restaurant, Commerce Street Grille, on the other hand has outstanding fish dishes for Dinner. The service was well done and the atmosphere comfortable and relaxed. All in all, an OK Hotel with a great location and well above average in house restaurant. "Renaissance Nashville Hotel"
My biggest complaint about the Renaissance Nashville hotel was that it took forever to get on an elevator. We were trying to take the elevator down to check out, but could not get an elevator going down. Finally we had to take an elevator all the way to the top floor before being able to ride the elevator to the first floor to check out.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

Everything was fine. Valet parking charge was expected. Only problem, you should not have to pay for wifi at a hotel this expensive!Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Bathrooms could use updating"
The room we got was a very large corner room. It was very nice. The bathroom however was like a Motel 6. It has space for 2 sinks, but only uses 1. They put a tv next to the sink and the hairdryer, both of which should be where the coffee maker is. The tub is tiny and the shower was nothing special. The fee for internet is just wrong. they charged me […] even when I didn't get to use it or sign up for it the 2nd day. I would probably NOT stay there again. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Renaissance Nashville Hotel"
Drains were plugged up backing water into sink. Decor was straight out of 1985 carpeting coming apart at the seams. They would not pick up the garbabge from room service for hours at a timeGenuine Hotels.com guest review

"Renaissance Hotel Nashville TN"
Very nice hotel, well located to downtown activities. Only one cavieat, make sure what conventions are in town or staying at the hotel during your stay? The hotel is attached to the convention center and it gets crowded if a big deal is in town. But I would stay there again.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

The room that I reserved was not what it was supposed to be. There were charges for the "included breakfast" that were not posted. Could not regulate the air conditioning in the room. Ability to get onto an elevator was a challenge. The hotel was no where near in quality to the price that I paid.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"The Renaissance was comfortable and convenient"
Good downtown location with convenient inexpensive parking across street in garage. Above average rooms with comfortable beds. HD TV was very nice. Check-in and room service staff above average. Breakfast was crowded and noisy. I rated the hotel a "4" but would have preferred a "3.5" (which is NOT bad). I would stay there again.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Convenient location"
I read a lot of reviews before choosing this hotel. I read that you can hear people outside partying, etc. We were on the 12th floor, which is half way up and we never heard anything. Our hotel had a connection walk bridge to the parking garage. Parking was only $4 a day. Not anything like I had read. Close to everything. We walked around the corner […] every night & we were on Broadway Street & at the Rymen Theater. I really enjoyed the hotel. Wished the rooms were a bit bigger, but nothing you can do about that. Same with bathroom. I was surprised it had a regular tub & shower in it, vs. a stand up shower with glass doors. Decor was a little dated, but it didn't look bad. I would stay there again. Looking at the location of the other hotels & what they cost, I am sure I would stay at this hotel again. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
