We stayed 2 nights for a small group meeting. I was disappointed that breakfast was not included with our hotel.com reservation. It would have been... another twelve bucks each for that! We had stayed at a Wingate the night before in Cordova (Memphis) and had almost the same breakfast included in the price and the hotel was a lot nicer. The room was ok. The staff is wonderful. If it wasn't for them, I would have scored this hotel much lower. Also, no microwave or fridge in the room. The hotel was nothing special. The only issue I had was when I was checking in, the clerk at they front desk tried to tell me that the room I booked (1 king bed room) was sold out. She tried to put me n a room with a sofa pull out bed and when I told her no, she attempted to bribe me with complimentary breakfast for picking that room. When I told her […] no I would like my money back, she gave me the room that I asked for and told me that she hoped that I would pick the sofa bed room, but since I didn't they would put me in the room I asked for. Perfect location, perfect hotel for a relaxing girlfriend gab-a-thon. Front desk and restaurant staff were personable and efficient. The clean, comfortable room was roomy enough for three ladies and all their stuff.

I met some friends for a girls weekend in April.. Had the best time!!! The hotel was not too far out from any of the sites that we wanted to go to. Dowtown and the bars not far at all. The food was excellent! Loved the Shrimp salad. Fresh ingredients! Service was amazing as well. A great value! Would stay here again for sure!

The service was terrible. Our rooms were not cleaned and there were not enough workers at the restaurant. We had to wait to get tables because no one was there to clean them off. We had to get up and find our own silverware, water, ketchup, etc.
