Overall I was not very satisfied with my stay. The room we were in to get hot water for the shower you had to flush the toilet while turning on the sink faucet. To me that is not a very good indication on the maintenance and not a good showing for the hotel and Holiday Inn as A company.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Filthy Bathroom and Broken Fixtures"
Horrible place to stay. Do not recommend. In the first room assigned to me the toilet was recently used, unflushed and dirty and the room stank. I asked for and got a second room. that toilet didn't flush at all. I had to remove the tank top and manually pull the chain to make it flush. The room smelled bad. The bathtub was dirty. No clean washcloths […] on my second day. The bed pillows are like lumps of clay. Housekeeping is so bad I went out and bought a can of lysol and sprayed the entire room down. The only reason I stayed is because it was pre-paid and nonrefundable through Hotels.com. I don't blame Hotels.com. In future I will only book only one night at a time. "Just Right for the Night"
This hotel was great for a quick stay in Nashville. Had an early flight to catch and it was only 1 mile away from the airport. They could possibly upgrade the TVs in the room, but it was no big deal. The staff was nice and I enjoyed myself!!Genuine Hotels.com guest review

Only one resturant in the hotel, did not serve breakfast except for room service only! Prices very expensive. Resturant closed on Saturday evening for "Party", other hotel guests had no where to eat. "Challenged"
I chose this hotel because I had lots of work to do, and didn't want to go out to eat. I found a room service menu, and it was stuck to the bottom of the night stand drawer. When I "unstuck" it, there was only a breakfast room service menu. No problem, I'm easy to please, so I calld room service. It rang and rang, no answer, and no answering machine […] kicked in. No problem, I'm easy to please, so I called the operator. It rang and rang and rang, no answer. Again, no problem, as I'm easy to please. I jumped online, pulled up dominos, and ordered a pizza. My phone rang 25 minutes later, it was the front desk asking if I had ordered a pizza, which of course, I had. They told me I would have to come to the lobby and pick it up. That was the straw that broke the camel's back. I was not exactly dressed for public viewing, so I had to put suitable clothes on to go pick up my pizza. The desk told me it was for my safety that they wouldn't let the pizza guy go to the room. I stay in hotels all over the country, and I have never, ever had an issue. In fact, the holiday inn express 5 miles away, didn't have the same policy. There were plenty of hotels in the area for less money, but I chose this one because of the "full" service I needed.
