We stayed 2 nights for a small group meeting. I was disappointed that breakfast was not included with our hotel.com reservation. It would have been... another twelve bucks each for that! We had stayed at a Wingate the night before in Cordova (Memphis) and had almost the same breakfast included in the price and the hotel was a lot nicer. The room was ok. The staff is wonderful. If it wasn't for them, I would have scored this hotel much lower. Also, no microwave or fridge in the room. The hotel was nothing special. The only issue I had was when I was checking in, the clerk at they front desk tried to tell me that the room I booked (1 king bed room) was sold out. She tried to put me n a room with a sofa pull out bed and when I told her no, she attempted to bribe me with complimentary breakfast for picking that room. When I told her […] no I would like my money back, she gave me the room that I asked for and told me that she hoped that I would pick the sofa bed room, but since I didn't they would put me in the room I asked for. Hotel was very nice but room was beside the ice machine and must have leaked bcause they ran a water vac. at midnite for an hour, I had to get up at 3... Towels where spread on the carpet so running that must not have helped..just kept me from sleeping!

The pool area needed a little work and the $ amount was a little high compared to like hotel that offer breakfast. I have stayed in this hotel a number of times. It seems that some rooms are not well maintained as others. Also, the pillows in our room were not holiday inn quality (maybe they were just too old). My wife and I suffered a lot due to the uncomfortable pillows.

Although we only used the hotel for sleeping since we were out and about all day and evening, we appreciated the quiet. The hotel was full with several groups and a couple of bus tours but that was by no means a problem. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean and nicely appointed.

The hotel was very nice. It looked beautiful in the lobby. The front desk was nice enough. We only stayed one night so we didn't see any staff. The room was a bit small but clean. Really nothing exceptional about the hotel, but nothing bad either. We chose it because of the indoor pool that our children wanted.

We have stayed at this hotel many times and have always loved it. They were extremely busy this particular time because of tax free weekend. We were given one towel to share (my husband and I) and the pillows were "hard". We will return because I know this was an exception. They are always pleasant and comfortable.

Could not get cart to take suitcases out and bikers were there a d allowed to stand in the doorway and the driveup smoking and blocking the area so no one could drive and out or walk in and out without inhaling smoke

A suitable older hotel with nice amenities. We were a bit disappointed with the loud noise coming from the air condition every time it would kick on and the curtains in the room were pretty dirty but over all we were happy with our stay. The check-in was fast and simple. The bed and room were very comfortable. I selected this hotel because it had an indoor pool and dining. I will visit this location again.

This hotel was great for a quick stay in Nashville. Had an early flight to catch and it was only 1 mile away from the airport. They could possibly upgrade the TVs in the room, but it was no big deal. The staff was nice and I enjoyed myself!!

Went to Nashville for the Music city bowl.. the hotels downtown were too expensive and this one was in the price range but a $20 cab ride from LP Field.. Overall the hotel was nice and clean.. I think its meant for Opryland or Airport visitors as for the location..
