    We were surprised to find a hotel for the price so close to the airport/interstate. The hotel is beautiful both inside and out, and the facilities were... emaculant. If I had any negatives it would only be that the hotel staff, while professional, lacked a personal touch. Paying for wi-fi is an outdated practice and is only a nuisance, and a lack of a continental breakfast was a minus, but the restaurant is reasonably priced.     No one came and picked up the breakfast card. I called down at about 10:00 pm the night before because a previous guest had filled out the card in the room. The front desk called to see if I had received the card and I said yes and it was filled out and on the door. But no one came and picked it up. I woke and noticed the card was still on the door. […] I called down to the front desk and then someone took my order over the phone. Because no one had picked up the card. The breakfast was delivered in time. It took about 15 minutes. I was surprised. We had the Spinach Burrito, English Muffin, OJ and coffee. The Burrito was delicious. We had a long drive back to DC. I had expected to go to McDonald's which I detest. So that exceeded my expectations. Though that would have been unnecessary if they had picked up the card when the front desk called to see if I had received it and if it was ready. The restaurant was closed Friday night. We were never told why and had to eat dinner in the Lobby bar. The chairs and table were very uncomfortable and were not made for eating. It would have been nice if we could have sat down and had a nice steak or salmon as we had planned. Instead we had to settle for burgers in the Lobby. There was no tables to eat at. Just some super soft chairs very uncomfortable and impossible to eat at. No one said why the restaurant was closed on Friday night at 8:00 PM. Read more

    The hotel was great, but laid out somewhat poorly (long walk to elevator from many of the rooms). In any event, the staff was very helpful and friendly, room service and bar were great, and hotel was very clean and attractive. Definitely a great value for what I paid.

    The bed had not been pulled out and vaccumed around it, there was visible dirt and dust.I really enjoyed the fact the room had a balcony that I could actually sit on and enjoy the weather.

Bed was super comfortable and the outdoor patio/deck was nice. Drinks at the bar were severely overpriced and beware when ordering room service, as they apply a "delivery charge" to your order. I didn't notice […] that until I signed for it and wrote in a tip as well. Check in time was lengthy due to only one person working the counter and close to 10 people in line, checkout was simple and quick. I had a rental car, so didn't take advantage of the airport shuttle. The use of their Wi-Fi is $9.99 per day, unless you are a member or sign up to be a member of their rewards program. (Was is free) So I signed up and they waived the internet fee from my bill. I would stay here again, if the price was right... Read more

    We stay at this hotel every time we come to NashvilleTn.. The only problem is the shuttel service to and from the airport every time we arrive back at the airport in Nashville we have to wait a exstended period of time. We had to take a cab to the hotel the last time.

    I stay here quite a bit and would recomend the hotel, This trip was a bit different I found the gals at the front desk on check in to be a bit difficult this time but it could be because of the volume of Holiday travelers, Hotel is a nice setting, I would expect the next time the service personel would be a bit more concerned to their guests needs.

    I was only there for one night but the stay was amazing. only problem I had was there was no lobby coffee but ive come to expect that from the higher end hotels.

    Very nice hotel, older facility but well maintained. Only problem was 2 days in row , left tip and note for housekeeping to leave extra towels and washclothes. One day did not leave any, second day left one extra, otherwise nice place. We stayed here because Opryland was closed.
