The Adams Mark has very kind, friendly, HONEST staff. They were helpful with every aspect of our stay. We were in a rush to check out and I left my... diamond wedding set in the bathroom. I had taken my rings off to do my hair. I did not realize this until we were about an hour away. My husband called the hotel. They immediately sent staff up to check the room. The front desk called my husband back a short time later and said that it had been found, and that we could come to the front desk to retrieve it. I was very impressed. Our room was also very clean. As was the indoor pool area and the dining atrium. We will defintely return. by a Hotels.com guest on 01/03/12

Possibly the worst hotel experience for us ever . Had ordered a cot for the room, none was there and had to request from front desk. No towels in the room, again had to request from front desk. Had to wait 20 minutes in line at check in, way understaffed. Fire alarm went off at 12:33 am on Sunday morning, had to leave the hotel. Apparently was a false […] alarm. There was no-stop partying in the corridor outside our room until 4 am. Calls to the front desk and security went unanswered. If we can help it will never stay at this hotel again. Read more

Th stuff was very friendly, the restaurant was great, good food and very friendly stuff there too. The hotel needs an overall cleaning, the pool area had some black debries all over the place including inside the pool. The blanket on our bedroom was dirty or had some stains on it. The hotel had old mold in the entrance doors and it smells.

The hotel is close to the train station. Once we got there & got to our room we had to switch rooms bc the ceiling was leaking & the window ledge & carpet was all wet. The rooms are small & some what out dated! The pool area was gross. There was mold all around the outside of the pool & didn't seem as the filter was working!! we booked the room @ 7pm and arrived @ 11pm only to have to wait an hour for our room to be cleaned. Not impressed at all expecially with 2 young children. Bathroom was smelly, bath tub drain was blocked (water slow to go down), 3 towels for 4 ppl, no shampoo, 1 bar of soap for both wash basin and bathing. This was the worse hotel stay. Great experience - Breakfast delish. The only complaint was the doors weren't that soundproof. You could hear the elevator (we were 2 doors down) and every yell to a whisper of people passing by - it felt as if they were right in the room. Staff was really pleasant and helpful - very clean and comfy.
