The rooms a clean and comfortable. The people at the front desk are nice and very helpful. The hotel is conviently located about 5 min from main street and all the shops to stroll through. "Family Time"

"Nice but can use improvement"
Although we asked for a no smoking room and got it, it doesn't help much if the other rooms in the area are smoking. As soon as you entered the hallway it smelled like a roadside bar. "Parents Weekend"
We booked our reservation to visit our family in Keene. We did not realize it was Parents Weekend at Keene College. When ew got there, we checked in, and were given a room on the second floor. After a visit with the family, we went back to the hotel to go to bed. Because of the party crowd, we couldn't find a parking spot, and had to park in a sattelite […] lot. My wife is disabled, and we are both in our seventies, so when we got into the hotel, we tried to find an elevator to the second floor, We ended up in the lobby (middle of the party) and were rescued by Mr. Ty, from the hotel. He explained that the elevator did not go to the section where our room was located, and we had to take the stairs. My wife cannot climb stairs, so he upgraded us to a first floor suite, and saved our visit! "Good experience"
Hotel in a great location to surrounding locations. Front desk staff was accomodating. House keeping was fine, they need to pay attention to the mold in the shower wall. outside of that one issue it was a great experience.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Very comfortable and good location"
