This was one of my best hotel experiences to date! The cleanliness of the lobby and even more so the rooms was by far superb. The only issue I ran into was if you are a bit short like me then be prepared to have to stand on the side of the tub if you need to adjust the shower head. We stayed in the king suite with our kids toward the end of a long road trip. It was by far the nicest room we stayed in, even though the rate was about the same. The Hampton Inn in Paducah Ky provided us with very nice, clean and comfortable rooms during our last visit to Paducah while we attended a funeral. The breakfast buffet was tasty and varied. Coffee was better than acceptable. The service provided by the front desk was professional, courteous and prompt. Why not a "perfect"score? I cannot understand […] why a hotel does not have a cork opener when we needed one to open a bottle of wine. Finally the front desk provided one well after we have gone to a store to purchase one.
