"Stay at Hampton Inn & Suites"
Booked hotel because it advertised with pool and lounge/restaurant. Pool could not be used until 10 a.m. - not convenient for travelers! Lounge not open. We book hotels for use of pools and lounge/res. so we can make it a one-stop stay without getting in vehicle again to find places.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"someone goofed up"
We have stayed at this hotel before and did not have any problems. This time however there was a big goof. We left the hotel early on the morning we were to come back for the second night. the big quilt show had just ended. we were gone the better part of the day. When we returned for the evening, the room had not been cleaned, no fresh towels no one […] emptied the trash. the bathroom had not been cleaned. We called the front desk and told them. they reacted quickly with fresh towels and empty the trash. She was surprised that the room had not been taken care of. "Our 40th anniversary"
The main reason I wanted to stay at a Hampton Inn was to see the comfort of the bed (for purchase later for my home). I was very disappointed with the bed in my room.
