It was good for a one night stop-over on the way to Florida. The bathroom would have been better if it had had a fan. The coffee pot was supposed to be plugged in behind the cabinet with the microwave and refrigerator, but was not. This was a decent place to stay on our long drive to our vacation destination. The staff were all very friendly. The pool was nice, but not easy to find, since it is shared with another hotel, so seems to be theirs. The carpet throughout needs a serious deep cleaning. After finding out I had to make a last minute family trip 600 miles one way, I checked out hotels and reviews at around half way, Paducah. This one was highly reviewed and also happened to be the cheapest available price. The pool was decent sized and my son loved it. We have stayed at the Pear Tree Inn several times on our way down to Florida. While it is not a top of the line hotel, it is very nice and extremely comfortable. Location is awesome, as it is right off the interstate. The staff that we met were extremely friendly and accomodating.
